U by Kotex® DreamWear® S/M

I started wearing it on the second night of my period. It does the job, and I had no problems with leakage, except that I feel very uncomfortable wearing it. It is nothing but a big pull-up diaper. The cut is weird, like boy shorts underwear. I believe it would be more comfortable if it had a bikini cut. Also, it feels hot and itchy. I found that this size (S-M) felt a little too big, and as the material is stretchy, it could even fit a size large. It may work well as postpartum underwear or if you have a heavy flow, but it didn't feel like a good alternative for me.

This has to be the most innovative product on the market! Comfort and ease in wearing it throughout the day

I used these post-partum and I found them more comfortable than having an actual pad. The elasticity is great and very comfortable and the overall quality is top notch. The absorbency is the same as a normal pad. I was surprised at how much they feel like normal cotton undies as I’m a picky underwear person! I would totally recommend these.

This was my first time trying period underwear as previously I thought it would feel very bulky. These underwear not only aren’t bulky but feel very comfortable. I am most concerned about leakage during the night as I have some days with very heavy flow and It didn’t leak overnight. The underwear absorbs a lot but at times it seemed like it wasn’t enough and I would have to change sooner than I thought. For semi-heavy and regular flow, I found these to be awesome!

This is the first time that I've tried the U by Kotex Dreamwear underwear. At first fit, the underwear felt very natural and comfortable. Not once did I have a leak, like I do with regular pads. I felt dry and protected all day long. Also, the underwear just felt normal to wear and not like I was wearing a diaper. I'm very pleased with this new product and it's a game-changer in my life! Amazing technology!

These work well for those heavy overnights. I don't see any issues with leaking at all, no matter how much I toss and turn in my sleep. I only gave them 4 stars because the panty itself doesn't breathe at all. I don't think I'll be able to use these in warmer months.

I was sceptical at first but also excited because nothing like this exists out there. I was worried these would be bulky and diaper-like. These were absolutely phenomenal. I have the heaviest periods known to mankind. No matter what I do for nighttime sleep, using both ultra tampons and heavy night pads, I virtually always leak on my heaviest night. These dreamer solved the problem, hands-down. Usually on my heaviest day, I always leak in the car as well If Im in it for longer than an hour. Once again these solved this problem. Normally I would have to stop somewhere on my way home to avoid a leak. These are going to be a godsend for people like me that have oddly heavy periods. I just wish these looked a little less disposable, not that I’m getting lucky on my period but I also don’t like the look of housing ‘depends’ style panties in my bathroom.

I love this product, so different and unique. They are very comfortable and it doesn't feel like you're wering a huge diaper at all. Also, it's not messy like I tought it would be, it feels clean and not uncomfortable at all. Also, the price is very reasonable considering what it's doing. The size was perfect and felt great. Also, it took a long time to be full, not like my usual pads.

This was my fist time trying period underwear and I am in love. I have endometriosis and sometimes need extra coverage at night and this feels so comfortable and I don’t have to layer like 3 pads and potentially ruin my nice underwear. It’s absorbent and comfortable and doesn’t dig into my sides. I love the colour and I still feel cute surprisingly. They don’t look or feel like a diaper.

Ok so if I thought millennials were being infantilized by clueless corporations before, was I in for a surprise when I got a box of these “panties” to try. Are they absorbant? Yes, but anything this thick would be. Are they reminiscent of my stay in a mental ward with my period? Absolutely. They are not pretty in any sense and I would never wear them on a nightly basis, unless I was like actually in so much pain I might die. Would they be great for someone with limited mobility? Sure! Post surgery or post birth? Maybe after a miscarriage. I can see a market for that. As a nightly period panty for adult women with sex lives? No. I am far too old to be wearing pull ups to bed. And I am far too young to be wearing something that looks like my grandma’s depends. Hospitals could use better quality women’s feminine supplies, they’re out of the dark ages and this is a step in the right direction. And sex health clinics for post miscarriage or birth or abortion.

This exceeded my expectations! At first, I was concerned with how it’ll fit and whether it’s comfortable or not. But they’re soft and fits nicely without being too tight. I’m an active sleeper so it was extremely nice waking up without any messes to clean up!

I totally loved the Dreamwear by U by Kotex, I always felt insecure of leakage during the night before but I felt so confident wearing those dreamwear, highly recommend those and will definitely buy again!

These are convenient I find for when travelling, as it cuts down on the number of separate items you'd need to bring with you. What I disliked about this is that they are not able to be reusable. It creates a lot of waste and I would not purchase these for that reason. They are soft and comfy and protect against leaks - I wish they would make a more eco-friendly version of this. I liked that these did not show panty lines and it's quite discreet that I am on my period. They are scent free and absolutely leakproof, though I do wonder what happens in the event I do have a very period-heavy day, as in, I'd have to go change the entire set (versus just the pad, had I been wearing the regular period pads).

One of the reasons I enjoy trying out new products is that if I don’t like them I haven’t wasted any money. Overall the product isn’t bad, a bit strange wearing but not bulky or thick. They are great for overnight especially as extra protection for any leaks or if you have a heavy period. It is not something I would buy and use all the time.

This was a great product to try out! I love the concept behind it. I feel like if you have a lighter/medium period this is a great product for you. Or maybe just for the end of your period when it’s less heavy? But if you have a very heavy period it might not be the best idea. U by Kotek is one of the best brands there is and I really did love this product. Even though I got wish I could’ve got a bigger size because I got small and I’m usually a large in underwear ! Try this product out you won’t regret it!
