Great product to use overnight and on heavy periods. Comfy to wear, and I felt protected all through the night, no leaks.

They are easy to use, comfortable and you will not stain the bed during the night. I believe they might do the job for after giving birth flow. The only down side Is that I got very hot wearing them.

I tend to roll around when I’m sleeping so when I wear regular overnight pads, I tend to leak all over the place. With this I don’t have to worry about leaking on my bed. It is fairly comfortable to wear as well and I can wear this for many hours! It’s also great that you don’t need to wear underwear too! The only cons I would say is that you have to be gentle when putting it on. It might just be me, but I accidentally ripped part of the fabric.

At first I thought wow I am going to be wearing a diaper to bed. There was no way this was going to look and feel amazing. How surprised I was. It fit perfectly and didn't feel bulky or diaper like. Material was nice on the skin. No leaks whatsoever. My only complaint would be that it needs a shield or guard as I would have liked something similar to a pad. Also needs better instructions on how to roll it up to dispose.

I've tried other period brands in the past but so far the Kotex DreamWear panties are the best! The panties are high-waisted which fits snug against my waist and are stretchy enough to accommodate period bloating. The material was thicker than I expected and feels similar to actually underwear. The only thing I would complain about is the colour, it looks a bit weird. Other than that, it's really comfortable to sleep with it on and beats using pads that might shift over night!

I wore the dreamwear the first night I got my period and it was great. The pads were quite high and covered a larger area than regular pads on underwear. They are comfortable and I was able to sleep well. My only concern is from an environmental perspective, as it is one-time use.

While they do slightly feel like you're wearing an adult diaper, they offer complete leakproof protection while you're catching some zzzzz. They're also super comfortable and relatively flattering to wear. Absolutely will be adding these to my monthly ritual.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le côté pratique du "portez et jetez". Aucune fuite durant la nuit, très confortable et on n'a pas l'impression de porter une couche. Le seul point négatif est l'odeur. L'odeur est semblable aux couches que portait ma fille et ça m'a un peu déplu. Sinon, c'est un excellent produit.

I tried U by Kotex® DreamWearfor the first time and I did find them comfortable. No leaks in the morning, which was great! I would have loved a product like this post-partum actually because it felt like it held everything in place, was reassuring.

Great product for period nights! I have using pads at night because they always end up rolled down and always leak!! These are great comfy and done gone! No dirty stained underwear. It’s a great product and I think every women should be greeting these.

Kotex DreamWear worked great. First they were very comfortable, not much different than underwear. I felt very protected and confident I would be able to get a good nights sleep. I love that you can just dispose of them the next day easily. I did not experience any leaks and was able to sleep sound.

It does the job, but I wouldn’t purchase it. Pros: It didn’t leak, even during the most abundant night of my period. Cons: Doesn’t seem as absorbent as my usual night pads, it felt moist after a while and wasn’t very comfortable. Fit was odd and felt awkward. Part of my butt was uncovered and I don’t like that. A bit fragile, I accidentally ripped the top one time while putting it on. I was more careful after that. I guess it should be expected that it’s not as sturdy as actual panties, though. Not sure, but since it uses more material than pads, I guess it must be more harmful for the environment? I haven’t checked, but I’m pretty sure that these must be more expensive than pads since they use more material. I don’t see any benefit over using pads, so I don’t think I should spend more money to get these.
