Used everything! Great gift for new mom
This pack is so wonderful. I used everything in it. Some items I only needed for a couple of days and I didn’t finish, but this would be a really great gift for a new mom who is expecting. Frida products are all amazing and this is no exception

Holy Grail for Postpartum
You never really know what you need until you need it and these are everything you need after birth (specifically vaginal birth). I was surprised how much I used everything and how much they helped in my recovery the first few days in the hospital. The icepacks and wipes were my saviors. It is also convenient, which after having a baby and learning about life with a little one those things really really matter. Highly recommend it for any mama to be.

This product was such a relief to have after baby arrived! The disposable underwear wasnt bulky and was very comfortable. A relief not having to worry about washing post partum panties! My vajayjay was very thankful for the portable bidet! I would highly recommend!

Great post partum products
Great products for postpartum if you have a vaginal birth. The products are a bit expensive and you might not need them if you have a c-section. I would recommend them.

Worth it
I’m not sure if every single item in here is worth it, and yes you can make some of these things at home without buying them pre made. BUT, having padsicles ready/extra squirt bottles for multiple bathrooms etc is a life saver. Especially if you had a more difficult delivery and recovery is hard.

Kit que les mamans doivent essayer en post partum. Je vais définitivement l acheter en cadeau de shower. Souvent on pense au bébé et non à la mamn. Ceci va l aider dans son bien etre pst partum :)
