Instant hot apple goodness

Delicious and fast
I love these instant oatmeal packets. Just add hot water and mix. It’s on the sweet side but you can add other stuff like flax seed, chia seed, nuts or fruits to it and it will taste even better.

Not bad
We can taste the cinnamon and some chunk of Apples in it. The only thing it's really sweet for a morning breakfast. The amount of sugar cover everything. It's not something that I would eat frequently.

Extremely sweet
Too much sugar in it and I stopped eating when I had a headache after I ate also, quick oatmeal is not good for the body.

Great breakfast for on the go people
I buy this product as its great to get me going for the day, 45 seconds in the microwave and pop in to a bowl. It keeps me feeling full as I start my day doing medical deliveries. I know sometimes add vanilla creamer from International delight as a flavor changer too. It tastes great with and without it. I did not receive any free compensation on this so my review is honest.

A staple in our house
We really enjoy this instant oatmeal. The flavour is always consistently good. I wish that the product came in a double pouch size, as we tend to consume two packets per serving. This is great as a snack when you are nibbly before bed. Apples and cinnamon is our go to flavour. Recommended.
