The taste of this paste was on the very strong side. I normally brush and leave the paste in my mouth for around 7-10 minutes before spitting out, hence this paste used to burn a bit. The after taste is quite good though and makes your mouth feel fresh with a tingly feeling. It has helped reduce pain in my grinders while eating slightly sour food.
