Not satisfactory result!
My experience of using this product was not much satisfactory. Even though I have used many products of this brand before, the lip balm was not upto the mark. The color of my lips changed a bit to one shade dark after I started using this product. I may not recommend it to others considering my own experience.

I loved it .it's very helpful and protects lips from drying and makes it smooth

It's an okay okay product
It's a very basic product, not that good not that bad.. It's in the middle, like if you have to get an lip balm and there are very less options out there then you can go for it.
