Little Freddie Organic Sweet Pepper & Grains 1-4 Years

This is great for little ones, to make on its own or with different bits. Kids absolutely love the taste

I received this product from Little Freddie taster club for review purposes and this is my honest review. Firstly, I love the message behind the Little Freddie brand and that is "When it comes to baby food, we believe our children deserve better." I love how they promise better ingredients, they're nutritionist approved, they have double the protein compared to other products and they're the first UK brand to launch a 100% recyclable pouch. The sweet pepper grains is high in fibre, contains no added salt or sugar, a fab source of protein, a source of zinc and it's also vegetarian. I absolutely love how this pouch is 1 of my child's 5 a day so it really is a great product to have at home for easy hassle free mealtimes. You can be confident your baby or child is getting good nutrition when eating Little Freddie products, and it's a bonus that they're super tasty too! I have to add as well, I chose to cook this on the hob and the smell filled the kitchen it smells delicious!

I used to buy this for my son, it was quick and easy when your in a rush. My son really enjoyed having it. More options on flavour would be good. I would really recommend this.

I love the idea of these.. and if I didn't have such a fussy toddler, these would be amazing.. but she just isn't about rice, it would seem. She is a bit fussy in general, so I don't know what I was thinking when I bought these. If your toddler is more adventurous, then these are probably fantastic.. but my daughter had one mouthful and decided that was more than enough (she spat it out).

Absolutely brilliant food for little ones! Great quality and great range of flavours!

My son did not like this one either! We tried the coconut one also and I had really high hopes for them but my son was not keen! I also tried it and have to say it wasn’t very nice! It also went stodgy like the coconut one we tried. For the price (and they’re expensive) they just aren’t worth it unfortunately.

My toddler refused to eat this after one bite so it was very unsuccessful for us. It also had quite a synthetic smell so I think that put him off.

When I first opened it I thought this looks very dry and was trying to figure a way I could add moisture without ruining the whole thing. I popped it in to warm through as I thought about what to add. Once it was heated it looked a little more appetising so I decided to feed as it was. Little one didn't seem too keen at first but after the second spoonful seemed to start enjoy eating it and cleared the bowl

I enjoyed trying these out for my little lady however I must say that they were very tomatoes flavoured and didn't go down as well as I would have hoped. I recommend as a quick healthy meal if it is to your child's taste

this is a great idea love the packaging is great on the go too and fits in your bag well. nice to know that it is really healthy for your kids little one loved it and even asked to have it again bonus. highly recommend

When trying this mixture for the first time, I thought it was going to be delightfully healthy tasting, however, I noticed it was a little bland and my son wasn't interested in eating it. The texture once cooked was fluffy and easy to scoop for little hands and I had the knowledge that it was going to be extremely healthy for my son. The packaging is eye catching and it's easy to store, however, I would not buy this product again.
