Wilkinson Sword Hydro Comfort

I Tried this twice for 7 days of growth and my facial hair grows pretty quickly and thick. It certainly lived up to its promises and i've never had a razor capable of this before. It was amazingly easy to rinse out the hair after each stroke. It didn't give a totally close shave on the first run, but neither does my normal razor. The second run gave a very smooth finish.

I was really impressed with the razor. Having used Wilkinson Sword's Hydro Sense 5 previously I was interested to see how the Hyrdo Comfort compared. I think there are a number of points about this razor that make it an excellent choice. Whilst still feeling solid and comfortable in the hand this razor is a little lighter, without feeling lightweight, and this makes using the Hydro Comfort a more easy razor to control. It offers a great level of precision and speed whilst still giving a great finish and very close cut. I didn't find any problems with any skin irritation, dragging or pulling. Overall I'm very impressed by this blade and was able to leave my growth for a week before using it again. The edging blade or 'fliptrimmer' is a handy feature for scaping and although it does take a little effort to get used to. And realistically, for general use I didn't find I needed to rely on it, however, I think for many it will be a very handy feature.

I really enjoyed this razor as it gives a comfortable smooth shave. I thought the lubricant was too slippery though which made the razor keep sliding on my face and missing hairs.

Thought the shave was smooth, no cuts, felt fresh afterwards.

Overal I think Wilkinson Sword Hudrl Comfort is great razor. The weight of the razor is brilliant as you can feel in your hand and how good the quality is. The green plastic helps to cut the beard and the blue top (gel) helps to smooth your skin and it does works as I have quite sensitive skin when it comes to razors. Even to change the blades is very easy as the clip is quite strong so there is no playing with it to put in right place: its simple and easy. Only 1 downside: the blades could be a bit on sharp side. Usually when I use other blades, I only have to shave once, bit with this one I had to do few movements to make it smooth. Its not bad but could be better. It might work for others but for my sort of fluffy beard didn't work. Overal I would happily recommend to everyone.

Razor gives a close shave with no irritation. Would happily recommend to others.

As someone who doesn't shave every day and know how uncomfortable shaving stubble off can be, I was looking forward to see how the Hydro comfort would perform, after 7 days of growth I gave it a test run and was pleasantly surprised, no pulling or snagging and no nasty rash after, so the Hydro comfort will be my razor of choice from now on.

Provided a smooth shave with no tugging and no clogging of blades would highly recommend

This razor is excellent when it comes to getting that smooth shave. Very strong blades and easily glides over stubble. Overall, an excellent razor again from Wilkinsons!

Another decent razor from Wilkinsons, but to be honest, it didn't feel much different to any other new type of blade I've used recently. Gave a good, comfortable and close shave, but that's to be expected these days. I think if you already prefer Wilkinsons blades, then you'll probably stick with this. If you're a Gillette man like myself, it just wasn't different enough, or any better, than what I already use. Overall, 7/10 from me.

I tried the Wilkinson Sword Hydro Comfort shaver for the first time and have been impressed with its quality. It is easy to use and provides a clean close shave. I have no issues with any skin irritation. I am pleased with it and will be happy to buy again in the future.

Smooth with no niks! The comb guard really helps and allows for a razor which glides all over your face. Also with the precise trimmer filter you can get to all areas of your face or style with a sharp line. The hydro comfort and the comb guard is the best thing especially if you have thick facial hair!

This razor was very easy to use. It had a nice shaped handle which was easy to grip and made the razor easy to manoeuvre. It provides a very good shave of my 7 day stubble and did not tug the hairs or cause razor burn. All in all an excellent razor which does the job well.
