Alba Botanica Very Emollient Cream Shave, Mango Vanilla, has earned my commendation for its remarkable ability to soften my skin, a benefit that is especially valuable given my tendency to develop razor bumps on my legs. Nevertheless, I deducted a star from my rating due to the product's fragrance, or rather, its lack thereof. As a long-time fan of Alba's Mango-scented products, I was surprised to find that this particular item's fragrance has become dull and uninviting, with a faintly chemical undertone. As someone who places great importance on scent, I am inclined to explore other options that better align with my preferences.

Nice Cream the Scent is Just OK
I like Alba Botanica Very Emollient Cream Shave, Mango Vanilla, very much for the way it softens my skin, especially since I tend to get razor bumps on my legs. The only reason I gave this product 4 instead of 5 stars is because I do not like the scent (or lack thereof). I love Alba's Mango scents in other products and it seems like the scent of this product used to be better. Now it seems bland, and even has a little plastic undertone smell. Maybe it's just me. I plan to look for something else, though, because I am a scent freak of sorts.
