At first glance the case looks amazing. The packaging was good and the installation of the case was not complicated. I assembled it without the phone and did a water test. I seen that the waterproof was exactly as the description stated. No leaks and seemed totally waterproof. Once I got it on my Mini I really liked the slim design of the case I also liked the fact that the front of the phone was completely protected. I made my first phone call and it was horrible. The sound was muffled they could hear me but I could barely hear them. I tried again with another call. Same exact thing muffled sound. Next I tried out my speakers with some music. The case muffled my music and the front protected plastic cover rattled like a rusty ole car with every bass beat of my speakers. That was very annoying. Then I tried to text and the front cover let only a few of my typing come through the plastic. It’s not touchscreen friendly at all either. Incoming calls were muffled also.

Cute case I felt my phone was protected all around while I still felt stylish.

It fit nicely and seems to be be great to keep my phone dry. Would be great for the beach in the summer

It is a sturdy case. Havent tried getting it wet but everything else works well.

The Body Glove Tidal Waterproof Case for the iPhone 12 5.4 is perfect for me. I am very active, and in a typical week, I bike on the beach, swim, kayak, hike and take pilates/yoga classes. I am very impressed with this protective case as it is rugged and waterproof. I dropped my phone into a puddle (trying to carry too much as a Hospice nurse) and not a scratch or a drop of water on the phone.

I paid a ton for my phone therefore I worry about it breaking on me. Sometimes I like to bring my phone in the shower and watch a movie or listen to music. This definitely kept my phone dry and protected. I no longer have to worry about if my phone slips from my hands.

I really enjoyed using trying this case it protected my phone really well. I would definitely recommend this brand of phone case to all my family and friends.

The case was easy to put on, with a seamless fit. I did drop my phone and it was perfectly fine with the shock resistance. Well thought out design with functional buttons and closures. I really liked the volume turn dial. I also liked the overall aesthetic of the case.

I like the tough, rigged feel of this case. It is very durable. The waterproof feature is ideal for me because I spend a lot of time at the beach.

Good case, not much frills protects against water, love that, and drops, as mine survived falling from ,you back pocket onto a hard wood floor, phew, it's not cracked, not even a scratch on it!

I found this waterproof phone case big and bulky. This case might be waterproof but I was scared to find out, just didn’t want to ruin my phone.

It’s easy to attach no screw needed. Even the camera is water proof too.

I received the item and it already came a little defective. The screen protector on the front came with a jagged scratch about half an inch long. It almost pierced through the plastic film. I work at a certain orange colored home improvement store and that proved to be a good test. The case protected my phone from dust in general. Faced occasional drops from my hands. It seemed to do ok. My main concern is the back of the phone. All it has is a flimsy plastic film to protect the back. The back glass could break if the phone falls on its back and it hits a rock or any other debris. I would have wanted a solid back to protect it. I will most likely pick another case.
