I haf the opportunity to test this machine. The pros are that this machine is very easy to use and with a good recipe you obtain a super moist bread. For me the cons are that the machine it's a bit big for the loaf you obtain.

Absolutely love this convection bread over from Cuisinart! It fits perfectly in my kitchen and makes the best bread! So easy to use and easy to clean as well! Makes the bread making process so easy!

Overall, this bread machine was great. I have made about a half dozen loaves so far. On my first attempt, I tried to make an Italian garlic and rosemary loaf. Everything was pretty straightforward until it came to the mix-in feature. This feature did not work for me. The garlic got stuck and didn't "drop in" like it was supposed to. When I tried again and made a plain loaf, it was fine. It has features that let you choose either light, medium, or dark-colored crust. The darkest crust setting will take up to about 4 hours to make. You literally just set it and forget it. The loaves come out as small cubes, which is somewhat convenient. If I had a choice, I would like to see a bigger machine that would allow you to make a bigger loaf. Perhaps taller? Everything about this machine looks and feels great. Very modern looking and perfect to sit out on your counter. Overall, I would recommend but I would suggest skipping the mix-in feature and mixing in your add-ins yourself.

The best product so far, small appliances in my kitchen that super convenient and easy to used. Everyday is freshly baked bread and came out really good. My son love to do the baking now and making bread everyday. Highly recommended this product!

It makes a great bread and the bread has a great taste and flavor.

I've had a few bread machines and each had its own issues. This one so far is awesome. You can open it while it's doing its thing, it has settings for gluten free breads and even the pesky mixing paddle can be removed- the machine tells you when to do it. Not heavy, easy to store.

I absolutely love this bread maker by cuisinart.. it was super easy to make fresh bread and it has so many settings to make sure each one is perfect. It even has a little drawer that helps you add in anything' to the bread like raisins or nuts. Highly recommend..

So easy to use and make bread. Next i want to make jam! I rarely make bread as it never turns out right. Its not as big as i thought it would be which is great. Fits perfectly on my counter and even matches my appliances

Saying I love this machine is an understatement. This is my first experience using a bread machine and I have to say it's been an amazing experience in so many ways. I'm learning something new. I've always enjoyed making bread and baking, and this machine just makes it so much easier. So far, I've used 2 of the recipes from the booklet that came with it. I've made the Banana Bread and Apple Pie Bread. The other recipe I got was from All Recipes called Honey of an Oatmeal bread. Everything came out almost perfect, except the apple pie bread. It was still a little undercooked, I had to pop it in my oven for a few minutes to finish baking the top, but no big deal. I could have done something wrong for it not to completely cook all the way through, as I said it's a learning experience. I'm curious on the other modes that it has to offer, especially the jams. That's something I will be looking forward to making the next time I use it.

This is my first Bread Maker and I'm absolutely impressed with Cuisinart Custom Convection Bread Maker CBK-210! With the smell of freshly baked bread, the house became a Home! The fact that you can make different types of bread is amazing! It's super easy to use. I just put ingredients together and this wonder machine mixes, kneads and bakes for me! The recipe book is a great bonus! Banana Bread is my kid's favorite; my husband loves rye bread. The Bread Maker is slim and doesn't take up much countertop space.

How did we manage to live without this magical thing? So easy to make bread and we use tons of it in our household. Plenty of room to make it simply or fancy - the machine is easy to use and will be your friend forever!!!

My family loves bread, my kids really love it. If I let them that's what they would live on. After failing multiple times at trying to make bread in my oven I decided to give this a try. It's so easy and convenient, you put it in and forget about it. There's no rising needed or kneeding etc.. And it tastes like it just came from the bakery.
