Mainstays 2.2 MWO Black

The Mainstays 2.2 MWO Black countertop microwave oven has a roomy 2.2 cu ft with a 16.54 diameter turntable. The 1200 watts is quiet yet powerful enough to cook a good size meal. We found the 30 second one-touch button very handy. Plus there's 6 express-cook buttons and 6 quick-set menu buttons in addition to 10 power levels. The LED display is easy to read and the 27.90"L x 23.40"W x 18.30H" is just the right size for our countertop that it almost looks built-in. Very handsome !

Pleasantly surprised

I'd like to begin by saying that this microwave is HUGE! If we wanted to, we could reheat a whole pizza in there. It's also pretty powerful. We hadn't ran into any issues with food being cooked unevenly or anything,so for the most part is a pretty good microwave. The only area I could see there's room for improvement in is the preset popcorn button. There were 3 set weights for the popcorn, and unfortunately none of them were the right option for the brand that we use. I think that maybe it should've allowed us to input the size ourselves and adjust the time according to the weight.

Excellent FAMILY SIZED microwave!

Beautiful and large (family sized, 2 cu feet) microwave by Mainstays is a pleasure to look at and use! Control panel is simple and easy to understand and program. Our family loves the EXPRESS COOK numbers in which, for example, you press "2" and it heats food/drink up for 2 minutes. We find that pleasing as our last microwave had us punching in 2, then 0, then 0 for 2 minutes. We also enjoy using the auto menus (preprogrammed times) for popcorn, beverages and to reheat. One click is all it takes! So much quicker then entering multiple digits. The large cubic feet will enable us to warm up large portions when needed. Awesome microwave! Our entire family loves it!

A great microwave

First off, this microwave is huge! Not too big but definitely big enough to put large plates or bowls inside. I love the sleek look of it and the interface is extremely easy to use with lots of options to help you use the microwave in the way that best suits what you're using it for.

Mainstays Microwave

When I received this microwave, I couldn't believe how big and heavy it was. It was easy it set up. I love how well it works, that it gives so many options with heating, and that there is a child lock on it. I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone!

Great Microwave!

The Mainstays 2.2 MWO Black microwave works great! It does all the things you want a microwave to do! The only downfall is its size. It's a very large microwave! If you don't have a lot of counter space I wouldn't get this one! I have it on top of a refrigerator at my shop and it takes up the whole top! Other then that it is wonderful!!

Impressed with Mainstay!

I have always looked at bigger name microwaves with the idea they would be better. After receiving and trying the mainstay microwave I am changing my thinking. I absolutely love everything about this microwave. The sleek style, nice big interior to name a couple things. The way it cooks, reheats and defrosts is excellent. I am sold on the Mainstay microwave. I even told my mom how impressed I was.

Good!

I really like the size of this microwave. It might seem big, but it can hold big and bulky items I need to prepare/heat. It has consistent heating times. Has been working great! I received this product free in exchange for my review.

Works great

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. This is a beautiful microwave with any feature you can think of. Only downside is the size. I expected it to be large but wasn't prepared for exactly how much space it took up.

Large Microwave

Great microwave. However this takes up a lot of counter space so if you don’t have a lot of room I would not recommend this to you. On the plus side it is sleek fits larger things and heats up food really well. Our previous microwave made plates/bowls unbearable to touch and didn’t heat the food. This one is pretty much the opposite. Takes about half the time to heat up what we need.

Large and evenly cooked

I was so surprised when I first opened the microwave door to see how deep this microwave is. It has the ability to heat/defrost such a variety of foods. I really feel this microwave pulls out all the stops, including an easy to open door, huge display screen and bright lights in the interior and outside display. The product cooks everything evenly and in half the time compared to other microwaves I have used. Our kids make food with a breeze with the one-touch buttons. Easy to program is icing on the top of an already fantastic product.

It is so big you could cook a turkey

Works well, it super big and has many features, some that I have yet to use. It comes with a booklet (pretty sure they all do) so if you haven't used one before, it's pretty handy. Definitely big enough to assist in meal prep for a large family

Very Large!

I received this product from Home Testers Club in exchange for my honest review. This Mainstay 2.2 cu. ft. Microwave works very well and has many useful features. It has 10 power levels, 6 quick-set menu buttons, 6 express-cook buttons, 30 second one touch option (my favorite!) & a child safety lock. This is a very large microwave so it would be great for a large family. The glass turntable is 16.5" in diameter. This microwave has a simple classic black look so it looks stylish in any kitchen. It cooks evenly and the different power levels make it simple to cook your favorite meals.
