Good Crunchy Ice Maker
I really loved using this ice maker. The quality of ice is amazing. It makes my favorite ice in the world! It was an easy set up and cleaning as well. I wasn’t expecting it to be so big but it fit okay on my countertop. It also wasn’t very loud either.

Okay Ice Maker
I really wanted to love this ice maker because I usually buy bags of ice from Chik-Fil-A. I really enjoy chewable ice and this machine made chewable ice but it melts so fast once in the tray. I tried putting the tray in the freezer to maintain the lifespan of the ice cubes, but it didn’t work as well as I thought it would. Hopefully this gets fixed, but overall an okay ice maker. I don’t really believe this is a $300 ice maker, so maybe if the price was lowered at Walmart, consumers will be more inclined to purchase.

This is amazing!
This was sent for me to review. I got this a while ago, and was ecstatic to have it! It's fast and easy to use. This is very hygienic, you can directly dispense ice to your glass. Iced coffee and mock tails all day! This isn't too loud as the other ive maker's I've seen. All in all, it's a great ice maker!

Decent ice machine!
I was so excited to receive this product to test. The ice machine makes the perfect ice. The small ice chips just like sonics. The machine is not very loud so that’s nice. The cons for this machine are , it doesn’t keep the ice cold so once you make it you have to use it or it melts. The other con is the cleaning aspect and draining the machine. You fill the machine with whatever you want to clean it with and water and push the button to clean. That’s not so bad and not hard at all. But to drain the machine you have to take it to the sink and pop the water tube off the back of the machine to drain it. So for those that can’t lift heavy things, this would not be ideal.

Great compact ice maker
This ice maker is compact enough to fit under cupboards on your kitchen counter and stash when you aren't using. Quickly makes car hop restaurant style soft ice for 4-6 glasses. Highly recommended.

Perfect chewable ice pebbles!
This Personal Chiller Soft Nugget Ice Maker makes great small sized ice pebbles that are easy to chew and great for cold drinks. The ice maker is very simple to use and is capable of producing ice nuggets after about only ten minutes. It will then continue producing ice nuggets until the container gets full or, of course, runs out of water in its tank. The only drawback of this ice nugget maker is that there’s no cooling element in the ice container so whatever ice is made and not used right away will start melting and create a pool of water in the container. Not ideal but it’s nothing major, it is still a great quality machine and perfect for hot summer days or parties when you need a lot of fresh tasty ice! Would definitely recommend this ice nugget maker!

Wow (in a bad way)
I’ll echo a lot of the same things others have said about this product. Would not keep the ice cold, leaked, and when I used the cleaning option little chunks of plastic came out and into the ice. Not sure why this is even being sold

Quick ice
Love this ice Personal Chiller countertop ice maker. Setup was easy and making ice was super easy, like I ran through the manual cleaned it and with in 10 minutes bam chip ICE!!! I love Restaurant-style, soft, chewable ice in my coffee and drinks, and this works as expected and didn't disappoint at all. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Almost as good
I was sent this ice maker we have the original opal and we noted this as affordable option. It makes a little less ice than our opal but the opal is a expensive option. I loved the shade it was when we turned on the machine. It makes the noise I expect a ice maker to make.

Crunchy ice nuggets
I recently had surgery and could only eat ice chips for a while, so it was really nice to have little crunchy ice nuggets to chew on. They're so satisfying for munching or putting in drinks. They taste a little funny for the first few batches after opening the ice maker, but eventually things get normal.

Cool and refreshing
My wife loves this thing it makes ice in about 30 mins or so and has 2 drawers blessing our ice maker in fridge doesn’t work and she munches on ice daily she said it was like getting a Christmas present the ice is perfect for this plus easy fill for drinks specially when we have company thank you so much it’s the perfect size for the counter top like any small appliances great idea and perfect my niece got mad in California she is an ice muncher also

2nd time was a charm
When I 1st received this item it was dead... I would plug it in follow all the directions and nothing. I purchased the same ice machine from walmart and returned the new dead one and boom... It worked perfectly. Never run out of ice again thanks to this rapid ice maker. This countertop machine produces one pound of ice per hour and can hold up to three pounds of ice at time. That means you can get up to 24 pounds of crunchy ice per day! The machine makes the first batch of ice within 15 minutes of turning it on, so you'll never have to worry about waiting hours for ice to freeze. The only Con about this machine is that the ice bin is not cool and if you dont take the ice out it will start melting.
