I purchased this product when I literally saw "HONEY" on the box!! Idk why this wasn't developed before. This couch syrup is amazing. It doesn't leave a weird harsh after taste and the honey literally coats the back of my throat. Especially helpful when your throat is raw from coughing for a few days. He was coughing up at storm, it was keeping him and the rest of us up all night. I love that this cold medicine includes honey, prior to this I was giving my kids spoonfuls of straight honey and they disliked that a lot. This taste just like honey without the thickness lingering in your mouth, my son preferred this much more. The nighttime effect knocked out my son but it was a good thing because he was enduring endless sleepless nights. This formula really helped to curb the coughing quite quickly and seemed to last long enough for my son to get some actual decent sleep.
