Sheer Mineral Sunscreen Lotion for Body

I like this product. It doesn't smell like the typical sunscreen- it it is not super strong but it does have a nice pool side smell. It is easy to massage the white cast away, however I do have light skin. One complaint that I have is that it is on the more watery side. It definitely makes my skin more oily so I have a hard time using this under my makeup for daily use. Probably best for a swimming day in the sun!

This product is amazing! It doesn’t smell, and it goes on super smooth. I feel like it really protects my face. In addition, it doesn’t make my face feel greasy or slimy at all and looks good even with makeup

I really like the sunscreen because it was hypoallergenic and safe to use regardless of condition time or skin condition. My whole family can use it even my daughter with eczema!

I love how silky smooth this lotion is and absorbs really well into the skin. It’s a mineral lotion so it’s a lot thinner than a chemical sun screen which I find is a bonus. There is no strong smell to it. I even used it on my face. There was no stickyness to it.

I’ve been using sprays almost exclusively the last few years because very few lotions don’t end up giving me issues with inflammation or bumps. This was an excellent calm and smooth change of pace. It rubs on so well and evenly, doesn’t clump up, and doesn’t feel heavy. A must-try for those with prior reluctance toward liquid sunscreens.

My overall opinion on this product is very positive. It's been pretty cold and cloudy where I am and in the winter I don't typically stay outside for long periods, so I can't exactly speak to its protection against the sun (yet). However, it went on very smoothly and did not leave the chalky residue I'm used to having from other sunscreens. It also has a great smell and isn't super creamy. I recommend!

My number one issue with sunscreens is that they tend to leave a white film on your skin and don’t ever really disappear. This issue seems even more prevalent with mineral sunscreens. BUT NOT WITH THIS SUNSCREEN! I tried it on the back of my hand first (take a look at the pic!) and it actually completely disappeared when I rubbed it in for just a few moments! I am a huge fan of this sunscreen and this is going to be my new go-to! It really is a sheer lotion and feels nice on your skin! I highly recommend trying this out! You won’t be disappointed.

I enjoy putting this lotion on myself and the kids before going outdoor or at the pool. It rubs clearly on your skin and last for a long time. The plus for me is that it does not leave a lingering smell.

I was skeptical. I burn easily when I apply other sunscreens. I am constantly having to apply to reduce the burn. I used this sunscreen the same amount and I barely got some color. It was also light enough that it didn’t feel oily and I didn’t have to keep rubbing it in to blend. Highly recommend

My fiancé works outside all year round so we constantly have to deal with sun-kissed cheeks and arms and this made a world of difference. It doesn’t leave the greasy feel like others and has a pleasant smell. I would recommend this to everyone.

I have extremely sensitive skin and a rare connective tissue (autoimmune) disease and cautiously applied this to my face before heading out for some afternoon shopping. It was a bit greasy rubbing in and left a shine, but didn't have a "sunscreen" smell and was lightweight overall once absorbed. I have pretty fair skin and my husband is Black. This sunscreen claims to "rub in clear for all skin tones", but it left a slight white cast on his dark skin. I am not sure that's a deal-breaker since most sunscreens do that, just an observation. I love that it's reef safe, but is it cruelty-free? I am excited to bring this to our pool party in La Quinta this weekend and have all my friends try this, too!! Would I buy this sunscreen again? Possibly. I tend to go for more natural products with less harmful ingredients (no aluminum). Nice that it didn't smell like sunscreen and my face tolerated it. TOTAL SCORE : 7/10

I was very impressed with the texture and look of this sunscreen. It was very thin, and did not leave my skin feeling heavy and greasy, rather i found it left a velvet texture. The smell is very strong.

I am very happy to have been able to have tried Blue Lizard Mineral Sunscreen. It does not break my skin out like other sunscreens that I have tried and I know that it is protecting my skin from the sun as well. I would highly recommend the Blue Lizard brand.
