I wasn’t sure how to react to this from all the news outlets, saying preservative free was affecting people‘s eyes. I’m a medical marijuana user and I need to use these all the time because my eyes can very dry and red and this helps relieve them instantly. These are amazing dry eye drop relief products. I suffer from extreme dry eyes. Until now the only relief I could get was from expensive prescription drops. I received these from Home testers club and am astonished as to how well they work. I will never go back to the expensive drops because this product works better.

This is a great bottle, first off, and it has a nice rubber tip part that makes the dispense great! My eyes felt nice and refreshed after using this product. I threw away my other eye drops because they were terrible compared to these.

I love these drops!! Great hydration for my eyes and they feel so real!!! Like real tears!! I will definitely be adding these to my routine when needing an extra moisture boost!! So glad I was able to try these!!!

I love this Systane Hydration PF ..it claims to be extra moisturizing and the drops will last longer..I Agree 100% , I have really bad dry eye and these drops coat better then another style I used. These drops really do seem to last longer..I believe it's because they are a little thicker and when the drop hits your eye it's automatic cool and refreshing!

The Systane Eye drops are just what I needed to soothe and keep my eyes feeling moist! I have tried numerous OTC to relieve dry, itchy eyes over the years. This is one of the most effective products. The dropper even has a rubberized tip for easy use and controlled dripping. I will definitely be using this regularly ;)

The Systane eyedrops do what they are supposed to! They immediately soothed my dry eyes, and they didn't sting my eyes. I love that they are preservative free, as an eye doctor told me that it's the preservatives that cause irritation and stinging. The only thing I didn't like was the bottle design which is different than a standard eye drop bottle. You have to squeeze a drop out before using and the drops are large, and it took me a few tries to get drops in my eyes instead of all over my face! After use, the bottle is supposed to be tipped down, so any excess falls off. I suppose this is to keep the drops inside the bottle uncontaminated, but it seems like a waste of product.

I love this product! I have a hard time finding eye drops that don't make my eyes feel like they are burning. My eyes feel great after using this. I highly recommend it!
