BODIE’Z Citrus Punch Optimum Protein Water

This beverage has 30 grams of protein which I find is so great and it tastes great. It's refreshing during a hot day. I do think it is pretty expensive for just a cold beverage but isn't badly priced when it's on sale.

If you have issues with certain protein products having that 'gritty' feel, protein waters are best had as cold as possible. The citrus flavour packs a delightful punch, so it works great as a protein water. When I can get these on sale they make an easy, accessible protein intake post-gym.

As someone that trains 3-4 times a week & hates milky protein shakes I’m definitely glad Protein water is a thing, I do have my regular protein water but this one is my go to when I’m in a rush and need some protein, the taste is great

This protein water offers a refreshing alternative to the ‘creamier’ options and shakes. It has a pleasant taste although it does leave a texture lingering in your mouth. I tested this product whilst working out and this drink proved to be a revitalising and effective thirst quencher. I do recommend drinking this product ice cold.

Great tasting protein WATER. Yes, it’s not a shake which is a nice change. Definitely needs to be served cold. Can leave an unpleasant after taste. But the low calories & extra/high protein intake - can’t complain.

I Like the product and find it super convenient for the amount of protein in the bottole but im not a fan of the taste. I find it has a weird aftertaste. I prefer the Berry Flavour and find that to be a better flavoured option.

Very refreshing taste and a huge help to getting the daily protein intake up, but is it worth the long lasting after taste? Not for me!

This is a bit of a strange product if you’re not used to sport supplements. It is kind of like a Gatorade with a bit of an aftertaste but it has a nice flavour to it and a fantastic replacement to protein powders that are all creamy/milky. Perfect protein hit for the warmer weather
