Terrible aftertaste
When I started my trial of the Colgate total plaque release toothpaste, I was excited because I love Colgate toothpastes. Unfortunately this toothpaste left me quite disappointed! The toothpaste does a great job at making my whole mouth feel fresh and clean but I just can’t get past the aftertaste. It tastes like I just ate a bar soap which is not something I want to taste twice a day. I didn’t notice that taste whilst brushing, it’s just an after thing but unfortunately that means I will not be purchasing this toothpaste in the future.

Quality you expect from Colgate
Excellent toothpaste, has a very fresh minty taste and the tube looks super nice on my bathroom vanity. I also like that the tube is easy to squeeze as I have carpal tunnel and sometimes this can be a problem with tube packaging. It foams up quite a lot so you don't need a lot of the pretty pale blue gel which when you consider this toothpaste is $10 at Woolies you want to get as much of your money's worth out of it as possible. My teeth feel clean after using it, there is a bit of a gritty feeling afterwards as well but not so much you should be concerned it's scratching your teeth. Overall it was a great experience but I haven't been using it long enough to know if it "Releases Plaque" from my teeth.

5 star Toothpaste
I have always been a bit sensitive about my teeth and have struggled to find a toothpaste that ticks all the boxes , but I really loved this toothpaste . The toothpaste packaging not only looked great but the toothpaste itself Was 5 stars . The toothpaste mint flavour was not overpowering which was a bonus. After only a week of using this toothpaste I feel more confident with my teeth as this toothpaste did a amazing job and left my mouth feeling clean all day long . I can see an improvement after using this toothpaste as my teeth feel clean and smooth. I would recommend this toothpaste and would be keen to purchase it .

Luxurious n effective
This toothpaste is nothing like the regular Colgate range. A really fresh minty taste coupled with rich fine foam, it provides a very luxurious mouth feel. Brush for 2mins as recommended n my teeth felt like I’ve just come back from the dentist- especially the teeth in my lower jaw inner surface. Such an awesome toothpaste that I will certainly consider changing to once budget permits.

Pleasant and very foamy
It has a mild mint taste, that doesn't feel like it's burning your mouth. It creates a lot of foam, if I accidentally put slightly too much on my brush I had more than I could hold in my mouth. Leaves teeth and mouth feeling clean and the foam makes sure that your whole mouth is washed. Overall I really liked it. The only negative is that it's not for sensitive teeth.

Refreshing
I trialed this toothpaste for a week and while it is a great product, I didn't find it to be much different from other products of the same brand. I wouldn't buy it in place of my regular choice but I would still recommend it, it has a nice refreshing taste and does leave the mouth feeling fresh and clean.

Refreshing and pleasant to use
I found it to be quite a pleasant tasting toothpaste as the cool Mint flavour was not overwhelming at all... I have unpleasantly bad teeth but found this product manage to practically eliminate my plaque issues.

Excellent toothpaste
Great toothpaste to use, not harsh on teeth or gums. My teeth can be sensitive at times and this gave no pain. Taste is more like a spearmint as opposed to normal mint. Personal peference is a normal mint taste. Leaves a fresh clean feel in the mouth. Not sure about affects on plaque probably requires longer use.

Colgate Total Plaque Release
I was extremely impressed with the Colgate Total Plaque Release Tooth Paste. I found the mint flavour refreshing and pleasant. My teeth felt smooth and clean after brushing. The actual tube, cap and artwork design is very flashy. I will definitely be purchasing and switching to this product.

Soft mint flavour
This toothpaste has a pleasant mint flavour that’s not as strong as the normal Colgate Total toothpaste. I find I like it better as it’s softer than normal. It does a great job at cleaning my teeth, and the flavour/fresh breath feeling lasts for hours afterwards. Will definitely be buying again

Minty but weird minty
The toothpaste did a good job. The flavour however had something slightly off about it when thinking it was meant to be fresh mint. It also made the tip of my tongue numb
