Lancôme Advanced Génifique Sensitive Serum

Beautiful smell, great light product which felt great on my skin. I love the theatrics of opening and adding the blue serum to the mix.

I have normal - combination and I tried the Lancôme Génifique sensitive serum everyday for 4 weeks. Within the first two weeks I experienced break outs on the lower half of my face. Although I cannot exactly say it was due to this serum because I also started going back to work after maternity leave which means my masked times have increased in that period. At around the 2.5 week mark my skin started to clear and I noticed my skin appeared more brightened. At first I didn’t like the smell of this serum, it’s not offensive but it just wasn’t to my liking but after a while I got used to it. I think this didn’t work for me very well because I don’t have sensitive skin to begin with.

This serum was amazing! It hydrated my skin immensely and left it feeling plump. Like my title says, it was like a burst of water for my skin. I would say this serum works best for dry skin, and a great and easy way to add hydration to your skin.

I really love this product, my skin firmer, soft and smooth, radiant and make my skin healthier. Strongly recommended.

I was sceptical when I started trying Génifique as I didn’t feel anything could change the signs of ageing. I loved that it said it had pre and probiotic fractions in it and was hoping this would help my skin. It had to me a sticky feel on the skin at first when I applied it but after a few uses I got used to it. I made sure I applied it straight after cleansing my face after my shower so it became a routine and first thing in the morning after waking and cleansing. After a month I was pleasantly surprised that the fine fines around my eyes appeared faded and not as easy to notice. I also felt me skin appeared to have a glowing appearance to it. I loved trying this product and as I noticed the difference I will definitely continue to use.

This serum has a lovely light fragrance and feel so lovely on the skin when applied. I noticed my skin was instantly brighter and refreshed looking. I'm not sure if caused any long term benefits to my skin though.

I was initially put off by the scent but as soon as the serum hits your skin you can feel it working. You can feel the serum sink into your skin. It’s amazing.

I have been testing this serum every night and I absolutely love it. My skin feels plump and hydrated in the morning. My routine is to oil cleanse, cream cleanse, apply a facial mist (I do this between every step as it helps the products absorb), use the serum, allow it to soak in, mist, and then moisturise. At the moment I'm using Lancome Hydra Zen and it's lovely. I find that my skin wakes up feeling wonderful. I can highly recommended the Lancome Genifique sensitive serum.

I tried this product and it’s not to bad, dose not feel greasy, feels nice on your face, I used it twice a day morning and night, has it worked on my face maybe I can’t tell the difference but you can see for yourself

I really like this product, it has a nice scent and consistency and a little goes a long way. My skin looks a lot brighter and healthier using this product, however, I did find that I had more breakouts in areas where I was perhaps a little heavy handed.

Opening and activating the product was an exciting process, and certainly adds to the appeal. Feels very smooth to apply and lightweight on the skin, however never quite got used to the almost musty but not unpleasant smell. I'm not sure I noticed results but it was a nice part of a face routine all the same.

This products felt really nice underneath my moisturizer. It was non greasy and lovely and hydrating. Although the product was great I didn’t feel any huge benefits in my complexion and for the price point most likely would buy again however it was a nice product to use

I have been using Lancôme Advanced Génifique Sensitive Serum for about 4 weeks now and am loving the results. The product is beautifully packaged and is easy to use with the built in dropper. I have been using the serum each night before going to bed and instantly noticed a difference in my skin - my face felt soothed, there is less redness and I haven’t had any breakouts. The activation process of the blue concentrate mixing with the formula was interesting to watch, I’ve never seen anything else like it before. I was a little concerned about the bottle being glass but understand that it needs to be glass to keep the treatment fresh and I also don’t really like the smell of the serum once activated. I accidentally knocked the bottle of serum off the bathroom bench and it fell onto the tiles but thankfully it survived. I absolutely love the results of the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Sensitive Serum and would recommend to anyone who wants to improve the appearance of their skin.

The serum comes in a beautiful little bottle and I loved the process of having to mix the two liquids to activate it. The glass dropper is a very nice touch as it makes application accurate and mess-free. The texture is a little tacky but it absorbs quite quickly. After using the product nightly for 4 weeks I can definitely feel that my skin is smooth and well hydrated, however I would find it difficult to maintain this routine given a bottle only lasts around a month and it's a little on the pricey side. The only real downside for me was the scent, which I found quite off-putting.

The serum is easy to use and feels good on the skin, not oily or too watery. However, I didn't really notice any significant change from when I started using it, and to be honest I had no idea what it was supposed to do as there was no real information on the packaging regarding its benefits. It was also heavily fragranced which I didn't really enjoy.
