L'Oreal Paris Ever Pure Detox Shampoo

It made my hair feel very clean, soft and healthy after a few uses. Recommend between washes of your other shampoos

I recieved this product free from Home Tester Club. The product has a very unexpected smell to it, not what I expected methanol would be. It did lather really well and left my hair tangle free and soft while wet. Hair felt light weight and clean. Based on the price you don't get a lot of product.

L'oreal Ever Pure Detox shampoo is gentle on color treated hair. It removes impurities and buildup which often accumulate over time when using a variety of hair products and being exposed to everyday air pollutants. I found this formula to be slightly thicker in texture than I'm used to with other shampoos and you don't need alot to create a great lather. The scent isn't exactly my preferred choice as it contains eucalyptus and mint but I found it to be light and refreshing. After using this product my hair felt clean and bouncy with absolutely no residue behind. I would suggest using this with a fantastic conditioner since I didn't notice any hydration while using this on bleached hair. A few things I love about this shampoo is its 100% vegan, and has never been tested on animals. It's also free of dyes, sulfates, parabens and is gentle on color-treated hair. This would be a great product to use to get rid of ocassional build up or even to cleanse your hair before coloring.

It was unusual to smell menthol in shampoo but after using it I do agree that it cleansed and ‘detoxed’ my hair well. The texture of the shampoo is creamy which is also unusual but it lathers really well and my hair was literally squeaky clean after. I wouldn’t use it all the time but I appreciate that it is sulfate free.

Firstly I noticed the packaging because it is beautiful! Second, I noticed the smell which is not great it does have a very chemical smell to it. I did use it and it made my hair feel super soft.

I recently coloured my hair so I was so excited to try this shampoo! I found it smelled wonderful and my hair did feel SUPER clean and detoxed afterwards, but it was left feeling a bit dry. I used another conditioner after the shampoo and it was fine, but besides that, it worked very nicely!

The first thing that I noticed was the fragrance, the smell of eucalyptus and mint is nice, but not overpowering. The texture of the shampoo is great, not too thick and not too thin, but I found that I needed more than normal to get a good lather for my length of hair. The shampoo definitely did a good job cleaning my hair, it feels very clean and the shampoo was gentle on my colour. The great fragrance is still noticeable well after shampooing. I really like that the shampoo is free of sulfates, harsh salts and parabens.

I made sure to use this shampoo continuously until today. I am not impressed, it leaves my hair dull with no shine and irritates my scalp. I am also not a huge fan of the scent but it was ok. I found after continual use my hair gets very dry and knotty which is uncomfortable and makes my head itchy. I am going back to my normal shampoo. I did like the bottle it is eye catchy but that’s about the only good thing.

The cost for the amount you get is high and I found the smell to be too chemically.

The Loreal Detox Shampoo a good hair product that I can use in 2 ways. 1st. Since I have a colored hair, the shampoo is useful to remove the impurities before coloring my hair. 2nd. As a part of or weekly detox maintenance hair, the detox shampoo helps to relieving the hair from dirt, excess oil on scalps & hair roots, while being gentle on the colored hair.

This shampoo was a game changer for my hair! It left it looking noticeably different, as well as shiny and smooth. I also loved the smell. Definitely will be adding this to my hair care routine.

I loved this shampoo; the packaging is beautiful and easy to use to get the right amount of product you need. The product itself has a slight mint smell to it and instantly had a tingling sensation on my scalp when used. It lathers very well and left my hair feeling clean, fresh and lightweight. I didn't have any residual feeling on my hair after using. I really enjoyed this shampoo.
