Align gélifiés prébiotiques + probiotiques

Align product was suggested by my family doc when I had some issues with my stomach and digestive system. It worked very well, and since then I consume it every now and then, to keep my gut healthy.

I tried this product as I was having stomach bloating all the time and it was starting to bother me and I figured with all the sprays and stuff in the world along with my diet that that stuff all killed the goog in my stomach so I bought a months worth of the best on of these with the most good cultures and took it faithfully didnt notice anything different is still all the same problems I was hoping this would help !! I wouldnt say not to try it but I wouldnt suggest it either as it didnt help me alot although it might work for someone else I wont try it again if I had to pay for it but if I had a few months free I could try it again just to put to rest that thought did I do it long enough lol but they said at least try it for a month and I should know by then !!

So this is cool. I like candies. I did not experience any bloating. However, made this porridge that I found myself craving and wondering what it was. And I found out that it was probiotics. Wow, cheers to good chefs.

I love gummy versions of supplements as they are easier to swallow than a capsule or pill. This is a delicious gummy that helps me with my bloating. Great addition to the Align product lineup.
