ashirvad ata mujhe accha nhi mila tha.usame jali jali jaise kuch tha kharab ho gaya tha mene use bhi nahi kiya.apne sugar free aata diya he but ye accha nahi he kisike health ke liye.to me kyu use karu use.

I consumed aashirwad aata sent by home tester club and experienced that the taste if the chapatis cooked from this aata is much softer and taste much better than the normal aata. My mom is a diabetic patient and she also consumed this aata with me... it helped her in keeping sugar level in control. There is a suggestion for you guys... please reduce the amount of wheat aata in this and increase the amount of other grains.. I believe that will be more beneficial for diabetic patients.
