Earlier I used different famous brands atta but chapatis were testing bitter.
From last 1 year I am consistently using fortune atta & now we don't have problem . My son now eat chapati for lunch and dinner because of it's Softness.

This is one of the wheat flour.
The roti made from fortune wheat flour is very smooth and tasty. The product is very good.
Fortune Wheat Atta is an excellent choice for health-conscious individuals seeking high-quality wheat flour. Its finely ground texture ensures smooth and consistent dough, resulting in soft and delicious chapatis. Packed with essential nutrients, this atta is a wholesome addition to any kitchen.
Atta generally tends to become maida like if the grounding is not proper. Fortune atta was just fine and made good rotis. It needs to be advertised a little more. People dont know about it fully.
My wife does not prefer this Brand as she states that the dough does not comes up as she expects.
Taste wise its good but preparation wise its a little fussy.
