the ashiravd ata is very light and very good product.more fiber.because of that the Glycemic Index gehu ke ate me reheta he but ye ashirvad ate me ye bahot kam tha .ye sugar ke liye aur diabetic ke liye bahot accha he.all member use kar sakte he.sugar ko countrol rakhta he ye.
