I tried it consistently and did not notice a difference it my ability to either fall asleep and/or stay asleep. It did make me groggy and left me feeling very foggy all day the next day.

I have some of the worst allergies and I am always glad to find a product that allows me to have some relief. The use of these pills gave me better sleep habits so I have been refreshed in the morning. They are a little large for my liking but I have still been able to use them with non-issue. I would recommend them.

I didnt care for how it made me feel. I felt as if I was floating and out of it. I wouldn't recommend taking this if you have kids to watch.
