I tried this product with my two sons aged 4 and 7.  My 7 year old has trouble staying asleep and my 4 year old has trouble falling asleep.  They liked the flavor of the product and said it tasted like honey but I don’t think it worked as well as other zarbee products have in the past.  I think this product would be better suited for people with mild sleep issues or kids that are traveling and just want to sleep peacefully.  

Alternative sleep medicine

It’s honestly just okay. I didn’t notice much difference in my children’s sleep quality or amount enough to continue buying it. My one son also didn’t love the taste of it. I wish it didn’t have honey in it so my youngest could have it.

We had an opportunity to try Zarbee's Children's Gentle Bedtime Syrup thanks to an offer from Home Tester Club and I'm happy to say that this product does a good job at settling down the kiddos. This was our first time using this product, so I tried it out first. It has a pretty decent natural honey lemon flavor and also did a good job of settling me down for the night. When using it with children it helps them unwind and they seem to be able to have a better night's sleep. I also appreciate that this product has limited ingredients and contains no added sweeteners. Overall, I do recommend this product for an occasional basis if you need helping with putting your kids to sleep.

What a relief!

Zarbees Children’s gentle bedtime. I received through home testers club. The Zarbees didn’t work. The taste was so strong and thick. It is very sweet. My son didn’t like taking it.

This worked pretty good and my child seemed to like it. It has a pleasant taste and smell and was very easy to use and understand the label. I would recommend this product and felt it was safe

Works to help settle the littles

I gave this to my 2.5 yo before sleep. She liked the taste and took it without fuzz. At night she slept nicely without waking up in between like she usually does. It taste like honey and calm kids even when they have cold.

Calms my kid

I have always been a huge fan of Zarbees products since my son was a baby and this bedtime aid has not disappointed. I love that the ingredients are natural and this is a great alternative to melatonin product which I do not like to give my son daily. It definitely aids in calming him down and unwinding for the night and sleeping more easily and soundly. I would prefer if it was a gummy rather than the liquid as it is harder to convince my son to take the liquid form as easily as the gummies. But overall great!

This product definitely does the job it claims it does. My 8 year old had no problem falling asleep within 40 minutes after taking the syrup. However, she wasn’t too happy about the lemony flavor and claimed the texture was a little too thick for her.

Good night sleep

This is a great product to help with restless nights when the kiddos just can't get to sleep. It was very relaxing to help with setting down and fall asleep,  but the bonus is that it helps them stay asleep as well. They wake up refreshed and not groggy, which would be a deal breaker for me.  The taste wasn't highly preferred,  but it wasn't hated either  I definitely recommend this for occasional sleep issues.

Works Great!

I have a 3yo girl and 11yo son.  It actually helped my son sleep peaceful. He moves a lot in his sleep and it took about 3 nights of him taking it until I saw a change. But after that 3rd night it was a game changer. He slept without moving I believe all night and that’s a BIG difference. Now for my 3yo, I did not see a difference. She is wild anyways and I was really hoping it would help her. It did the wrong child! My son did not mind the taste but my daughter I had to hide it in her juice. Over all I wish it helped with her but I’m happy it helped my son.

Different for each child

Nice bedtime elixir that doesn’t have melatonin in it. Only downside is that it does have a medicine taste to it so it is difficult to get kids to take it. If honey taste was more prominent maybe would taste better. 

Gentle bedtime Zarbees

This is a good product. It smells like honey and tastes like honey. helps the child calm down before bed and sleep peacefully throughout the night. I recommend it and I will buy it again.

My child has always had a difficult time with calming down before bedtime and is always a fight to get him to fall asleep on time. With Zarbee’s he is able to get into the routine and relearn how to fall asleep. I love that there is no melatonin in this product and it is all natural ingredients. When he gets into bad sleeping patterns I will reach for this product again. 

Zarbee’s gentle bedtime

My family and I love the Zarbee’s brand. It’s really trusted with us! I was excited to try this bedtime helper as my 10-year-old has a really hard time falling asleep. She was not a big fan of the flavor or having to drink something but once she tried it, I can say I do think it helped her relax and fall asleep quicker. She would prefer a gummy form than drinking something though.

The syrup was very tasty like honey, but my son didn’t like the thickness and sweetness. He is used to have gummies. Reminded me of cough syrup.

This is such a simple and effective sleep time additive that is a must with my 7 and 6 year olds bed time routine. I can see the calming effects almost immediately and it helps because my kids need to go from “100mph” day speed to a sudden “0mph” for bed which can be a frustrating adjustment. No morning grogginess or fitful sleep.

Gentle Bedtime Liquid Honey Lemon

It is the best specific to take if you are trying to fall asleep.

Honey for sleep

The remedy truly aided my brother's peaceful sleep. He tends to move frequently during sleep, and it was only after three nights that his girlfriend observed a difference. However, following that third night, there was a significant improvement. He managed to sleep without any movement, at least that's what I was informed. Additionally, my brother didn't object to the taste.

I have 3 children, all boys. Zarbees was the only medicine left at the store when one of my kids was seriously ill. I had tried everything and Zarbees was the only thing to bring him relief. When your child is hurting and desperate for sleep this will help.

My youngest loves to take her zarbees at bedtime! The added immune support is great for this time of year. She was excited to try it out but did not really enjoy the taste of this product.

I would really like to be able to say that was a product I can have in my house to assist in my kids having a more safe, restful nights sleep, but I won't truly know if it would, because apparently the flavor was so "terrible" to them that they refuse to take it, and I don't enjoy when my now 8 year old daughter forcing vomit everywhere to get her way.
