Different for each child
I have a 3yo girl and 11yo son. It actually helped my son sleep peaceful. He moves a lot in his sleep and it took about 3 nights of him taking it until I saw a change. But after that 3rd night it was a game changer. He slept without moving I believe all night and that’s a BIG difference. Now for my 3yo, I did not see a difference. She is wild anyways and I was really hoping it would help her. It did the wrong child! My son did not mind the taste but my daughter I had to hide it in her juice. Over all I wish it helped with her but I’m happy it helped my son.

Not a fan favorite here
I would really like to be able to say that was a product I can have in my house to assist in my kids having a more safe, restful nights sleep, but I won't truly know if it would, because apparently the flavor was so "terrible" to them that they refuse to take it, and I don't enjoy when my now 8 year old daughter forcing vomit everywhere to get her way. Sad to say, but a true fact. This may work fantastic for other children, and I hope it does, it simply was not for my picky family. Good luck and thank you Home Tester Club!

Didn’t work for my son
I’ve never used a sleep aid for my son aside from Melatonin a few years ago (which didn’t work) so I was skeptical of the effectiveness of this product. It lived up to my expectation but don’t take my review as the gospel because a lot of meds don’t work on my son like they should. 3 starts because it didn’t work for us but could work for others.

Effective and yummy
This was such a great product with even better ingredients! It was really quite effective with no weird side effects and was really tasty. It didn't cause anyone to oversleep and just encouraged deeper sleep.

Sleepy Time
I like that it can be disguised in liquid. My grandson has allergies and this worked great for him. Now, it does have the sugar in it. He's sleeping a little better. He does get up in the night, but he's going back to sleep faster.

Tastes good, works decent
I am thankful for getting to try this product for free. My kid enjoyed the taste a lot. I would give it to him a half hour before bed. It worked to help him get sleepy but it seems he would wake up in the middle of the night.

Zarbee's Gentle Bedtime
Zarbee's Gentle Bedtime product is very good and effective at helping children to enjoy their night time sleep time. I liked the attractive and colorful packaging also with honey bee and stars.

Gentle bedtime Zarbees
Nice bedtime elixir that doesn’t have melatonin in it. Only downside is that it does have a medicine taste to it so it is difficult to get kids to take it. If honey taste was more prominent maybe would taste better.
