Dr Teal’s Epsom salt trio gift set is like Christmas in a small box. This set contains a moisture of lavender, rosemary & mint, and melatonin & essential oils. I soak my feet regularly with warm water and some epsom salt for relaxation. It also helps soothe muscle pain and get a good night sleep after use.

Smells amazing and leaves you comfortable. Great for a self care day. A few scoops is all you need. Epsom salt works wonders for tension in the muscles and this soak is perfect. All three are good and would make a great gift for men and women. Highly recommended

I received the Dr.Teal's Epsom Salt Sampler Trio Gift set to try from home tested club. The kit included lavender, rosemary & mintk and melatonin epsom salts. I suffer from insomnia and found the use of the salts in a warm bath before bed really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The rosemary & mint salts were wonderful for sore, achy muscles and prolvided much needed relief.

It comes with the Soothe and Sleep with Lavender. The scent of the lavender is absolutely amazing. I love soaking in my warm bath tub with this bath salt. After a long workout it helps to ease my sore muscles and any ache or pain. I rest and sleep better after using this bath salt. The Wellness Therapy with Rosemary and Mint also works amazingly well. It also smells terrific. This helps me a lot with muscle pain. It relieves my muscle soreness and helps my body relax. I love it! The Melatonin Sleep Soak is incredible. It has an essential oil blend and smells fantastic. I love using this bath salt at night just before bedtime. It helps me sleep better and also relieves my body soreness. I have been a fan of Dr. Teal’s other products for some time but have never tried the scented Epsom salts. I will always purchase this product and recommend to all of my family and friends.

I love taking baths as a way to unwind after a long day and the amazing lavender scent helps put me in a relaxing lull while enjoying all the known benefits of epsom salt. After working out or just feeling muscle aches from stress, etc I use the rosemary/mint combination. When I am especially stressed out and need to sleep, I use the melatonin salts. This is the perfect gift for any living, breathing person (with a bath tub)! It covers all bases and even comes with a lavender face toner! It is a great value and much needed addition to any bath/ relaxation routine! A+++

These epsom salts smelt sooo amazing. Melatonin one to me worked pretty good and if you run low (like i did) and put the lavender with it, soo relaxing! I about fell asleep in tub! I had my husband use the rosemary one when he felt stiff from work, amd he said he felt alot better after using it.
