Great product wherein you can control both the bulb and led strip light colors with a remote at the same time. The pre-set color combinations are a good addition.

Nice mood lighting
The monster mood lighting kit was easy to install where I wanted it and the remote was easy to understand. I liked that you have the option to not only choose a solid color but can also choose the changing colors option. It also has the option to choose brightness level and speed of strobe effect.

Fun for all ages
This is a really cool product! We decided to put it in my son's bedroom and it is the perfect thing that he never realized he wanted! lol! It's a lot of fun to see the different colors and really gives a plain room ambience. It's especially nice against a plain, painted white background so you can really see the colors pop. The installation is much easier than I thought. I think this would make a great gift.

Great product for any mood
The kit came with one led strip and one bulb. This worked great since it allows for the placement of the led strip to be used in conjunction with the bulb in a regular lamp. Together they lit up the entire bedroom nicely. The remote allowed for the control and color selection of the lights. The presets were also cool. There were presets for everything from holidays to mood lighting. I would recommend this product to anyone that likes mood lighting.

Needs improvement...
The LED light bulb was fun to use and provided good light and the remote was easy to operate. However the LED strips were cheap quality and would not stick. A fun product but not good quality.

Couldn't be easier!
Setup could not have been any easier. Right out of the box, the lightbulb and the lighting strip are already synced to each other and also to the remote. What I liked the most is that no app is needed to work this. It all works independently right out of the box! I put the light strip behind my headboard and it makes for the best mood lighting. There are 8 preset lighting modes or you can pick the color and brightness you want. I can't recommend this enough.

Nice Product but was broken
The only reason I am giving the Monster Mood Lighting Kit - Small a rating of 3 is the light bulb was cracked when I received it. The rope type light works great. I love to sit in my room with the rope light on it is so relaxing. I like that it has a remote so I can adjust the lights without getting up.

Loved it!
I liked it but I thought the LED strip needed a longer power adapter. I liked how you can change the colors easily with a remote and you can turn the lights on and off without using the switch.

Great LED lights
My daughter was so excited to find out I received these lights. I put them above her bed. The lights were easy to put up. They have a sticky backing that peels off and sticks where ever you want them. It took me a few minutes to learn how to use the remote but was fairly easy. My daughter is asking for more of these so she can have them all over her room. She likes to use them as a nightlight also. I would recommend these lights for kids of all ages.

The selection of colors is great.
I really like the colors and control of these light kits. Though the preset color changing options don't really appeal to me other than the slow chromatic shift, and the brightness changes are so slight as to be unnoticeable, the range of colors available is great and selecting just the right one is easy enough with the color wheel on the remote.

Great kit!
This is such a neat lighting kit. We put it around my son’s bed. He loves that you can change the light to different colors. It really adds to the atmosphere. I can think of many places this kit could be used. It would be great around a tv or office space.

Ambiance good
It was fairly easy to install. Only issue was finding the right spot for it. As we have a small living room and wanted to use it there for ambiance. Once we decided to put it behind the blind above the sliding door we were happy with the way it looks. Only problem was the extension cord that now runs up to the unit and I don't like that. Would have liked a better solution for this
