Helps Eliminate Pimples
The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches come with 40 clear patches and there are two different sizes. You can see the actual size on the side of the box. I like that there are different sizes for the patch so it is easier to apply. The patches help reduce the size of my pimple and keep me from picking at my skin. The patches are like bandaids for the pimple and it works the best on pimples that come to head or have the white top part of the pimple. The patches work like a charm and they absorb spot secretions that leave a white spots on the patch. I like that it stays on overnight and I don't have to worry about it coming off at night.

This is a solid 5-star option
My teenage son suffers from cystic acne. To say, he is in pain most days is an understatement. He actually almost always has bruising from beneath when he has a flare-up and it is painful looking. When he wakes up in the morning, there is the typical self-esteem sink when he looks in the mirror and sees his cysts larger than the day before. We have given the PanOxyl patches a good week and I'm pleasantly surprised. His cysts are shrinking but not fully gone yet. We have a good amount of confidence that things will get better with longer use of these patches. Now, I will start looking for the other products by Panoxyl.

Amazing patches
PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are amazing. Compared to other spot patches that I have used these are by far the best with absorbing my spot secretions. It did a great job eliminating my blemishes and speeding up the healing. It also prevented me from picking which always leaves scars on my face. It perfectly covers and protects and keep my blemishes clean. I love the fact that they are latex free and safe for all skin types. I’m definitely buying this product and recommending it to all my friends and family. If you are looking for fast acting spot patches to fight your zits these are perfect and effective.

Well I let my daughter use it and worked … she used the product before she went to bed and when she woke up it was so small you Barely see it..Needless to say she absolutely loves it so whenever she has a pimple pop up she uses her medicine I highly recommend it it’s a wonderful product in the main thing is it really does work..

Acne spot patches
These overnight spot patches are good. The package comes with 2 different sizes, small ones and bigger ones. Both sizes provide good coverage of a pimple. They dont make the pimples go away but they do help relieve them and make them clear up faster.

I would say PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are an average facial product. The advantages are that they are easy to apply, convenient, and stay put through the night. As far as being effective though, I didn't notice much difference in the amount of time my spots took to heal, compared to when not using them.

PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches were something I'd never heard of before receiving them from HTC. I used one last night on a small pimple that was stating. Woke up today and it's barely visible. Hoping it doesn't 'reappear' throught the day, but so far I'm very happy with this product

Magic patch!
These are so great to have on hand for blemishes. You put the patch on the blemish and overnight it absorbs the gunk and shrinks the problem spot. It's like magic. The patches are clear and thin so they are nearly invisible while wearing and two different sizes come in the pack so you can choose the better suited size. The patch covers the blemish and keeps fingers off and germs out while it does its thing. These are a must have product for me!

I received this product for free in return of my honest opinion: These spot patches are tiny miracles for the face! My teen daughter loves these as well. You pop these babies on your pimple at night the BAM, its way better by morning! Will definitely keep these stocked.

Pimple Patch
I hate when I get a pimple that just won't go away. Now, with PanOxyl patches they can go away quickly. These patches helped to make my pimple go away overnight. I apply a patch on the pimple before bedtime and in the morning it was greatly reduced. I was very impressed with this patch because I have tried others that didn't work nearly as well.
