Estée Lauder Double Wear Sheer Long-Wear Makeup SPF 20

I’ve been waiting for this foundation for a long time! Double Wear was too matte, Futurist was too dewy, this is perfect. Lightweight Medium coverage for 37 year old skin. It is not sheer. I apply it all over with a brush and pat it in to my skin with a foundation pouf or dry sponge. I always set with a light powder and once my natural oils start coming through, it’s like a second skin. The foundation is incredibly watery so be careful when applying. I mix 3C2 and 2C3 for my perfect match. EL is one of the only brands that has a true cool toned shade without being too orange, as most are, so I was so sad when the other foundations didn’t agree with my skin type. This is a winner and I hope they never stop selling it! The only reason I’m taking one star off is because I think the SPF tarnishes the formula a little. It can look a bit shiny, greasy at times, even with my normal to dry skin, but I think that’s just due to the SPF. Otherwise, it’s beautiful ..

This foundation was long lasting and didn’t have a caked on appeal! It also has a great variety of shades!

Estée Lauder is my favorite skincare line and this liquid foundation doesn’t disappoint! It applies smoothly and provides a natural and sheer matte coverage. It is lightweight and not heavy or cakey. Highly recommend!

This is such an amazing buildable foundation. I love it. You can use it less for lighter coverage or build it into full coverage. I don’t even need a concealer after this. Absolutely in love and highly recommend!

This is a lighter weight foundation with buildable coverage. It looks flawless on the skin, it does have a high end price tag but it's worth it.

I normally wear the original Double wear but wanted something lighter for my days off. Thus replaces the one in the tube and at first I didn't think I would like it, but I do. It covers well without feeling heavy in the skin. The coverage is really easy to build and it didn't leave my skin feeling tight or looking dry. The natural finish I got from this was exactly what I wanted for days I just need to run out but don't feel comfortable without makeup.

This foundation worked so well with my skin as I have vitiligo and the courage is amazing. It's light weight though-out the day and night and doesn't leave that heavy feeling of a full courage make up does. Highly recommend!
