L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude Plumping Serum

As a lover of minimal makeup, I really enjoyed using the L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude Plumping Serum. I really like that it combines makeup with skincare benefits. The product provides sheer coverage and has a dewy finish on the skin. You only need a tiny amount, so it should last you a while. The product could be improved if it used a pump instead of a dropper to dispense the product and also if it had some SPF in it.

My regular foundation is the L’Oréal Paris True Match original which I love, so I was excited to be lucky enough to test the serum version. The foundation was lovely & easy to blend out, it took its time to set so you had time to blend it out seamlessly. Once set it was a natural semi mat finish, which looked very beautiful on the skin & could be left like that or with a very light dusting of powder if you prefer a completely mat finish. Unfortunately for me the test sample I was give was one shade too dark, but I will be purchasing in the correct shade because it seemed to give an even more flawless finish than the Original True match, plus the original is a lot thicker & heavier in consistency & feel on the skin whereas the serum has a very light, almost non-existent feel which i'm sure most people would prefer & it also gives a more natural looking finish as well. I would highly recommend it!

This product had a nice texture and provided an even coverage without feeling too thick.

Wow! I love this product! I applied it at 4.30am and took it off at 8pm most days. It still looked really good apart from a bit of shine in my t zone. However, it didn’t look pasty or tired looking (even though I did, lol). It even stayed on after my in between shift naps and did not transfer onto my sheets. The dropper option makes it easier to apply and you can start off light and then apply more for a medium coverage. I would suggest to make sure you exfoliate and cleanse prior, as I noticed that it stuck onto some dried skin when I first used it. However, that day was my lazy day and I made sure to keep my usual skincare routine up properly after this and did not have any problems. Both me and my 71 yr old friend tested it out, and it passed the test with flying colours on her aged skin as well. We have both been won over and have decided to continue using this product. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

I use it every morning after I apply my moisturiser. It gives me a subtle coverage whilst also makes my skin soft and radiant. I love its dual function - a serum and a light foundation, great concept! It saves me time and I’m really happy with the result. I use the light version of this product and it perfectly blends with my skin. I highly recommend this product!

Did not feel or look like I had any makeup on. It had a very light feel, was easy to apply and gave a very even skin tone. A little went a long way. The shade I chose matched my skin perfectly. Will definitely be buying this again.

A light-weight tinted matte serum with moderate coverage, this is lovely to use over my daily SPF moisturizer. I don’t like a full coverage foundation so this product really appealed. There’s a broad range of shade options but getting it slightly wrong wasn’t a big problem because the coverage was light. I received comments that I looked well rested after wearing this for a few weeks. The eye dropper applicator is probably unnecessary. I just put some on my hand then applied it to my face. It doesn’t glide on like a moisturizer, it sinks in very quickly.

This came at a great time, i had just finished my normal makeup and have been able to use the Loreal plumping serum. Not only does it feel amazing on my skin, it has great coverage and makes my skin glow. I will use this from now on and won’t be going back to my normal make up. Who knew skin care could feel so good!!

The bottle and dropper where I practice to use. There were no instructions ont he bottle on how best to use/ apply it. I didn’t see any plumping, but the coverage of the tint/ colour was good for décolletage area, or on my face when i wanted a light coverage. I would use it for the tint, but i didn’t see any plumping of my skin when using it. It did feel nice and smooth though.

Sadly it did not look good on my face it clumped up and I even had others apply it on to my face to make sure it was not me making a mistake and it still clumped up.

The L’oreal True Match Nude Plumpling Tinted Serum was blissful to use. The colour match I received was 2-3 light and it was a perfect match to my skin tone. It was very light to use, which I absolutely love (I dislike a thick make-up coverage) and it created a great base for me to build my cheek blush on. The included 1% pure hyaluronic acid left my skin feeling hydrated throughout the day too giving me the confidence that my make-up application was staying on and not drying out. I’m so glad that L’oreal has made this tinted serum. It’s great for people who love lightweight and hydrating make-up coverage.

Wow this true match nude plumping tinted serum is a life saver. I was so amazed by this product. It was great for mornings where I didn’t want to wear a full face of make up but still have some colour. It was easy to use and made my skin so much smoother and brighter. I would recommend this product and will keep using it in the future.

Surprisingly good coverage for a tinted serum. Blends nicely and effect is very natural looking. Stay looking good on my slightly oily skin for 6hrs before needing to blot. Applicator is not my favourite, tends to drip due to being thinner than most foundations. Colour also seems darker than the equivalent colour in their other foundation formulations. I think I see a slight improvement in skin texture but this might take more time to see.

As I am now in my early 40s, the signs of aging and sun damage have definitely started appearing on the skin on my face. The L'Oreal Paris True Match nude is a natural looking tinted serum that made my skin appear younger and the tone more even. It is easy enough to apply, although, I am not a huge fan of the dropper (it was a little messy). It is great for day time wear and wore well throughout the day, without caking into my wrinkles or fine lines. Importantly, the tint does not rub off onto my clothes. My skin looks healthy and it provides as almost matte finish with a light, natural and even coverage.

I really liked this serum/foundation as it felt lightweight, hydrating and provided good coverage. It blends into the skin so well and the range has a great variety of shades to match a wide array of skin colours. I like how easy this was to apply and very comfortable to wear, not like heavy/cakey more traditional foundations. It still allows your natural skin to shine through and breathe and it didn't irritate my sensitive skin or break me out either. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a lightweight hydrating coverage solution that leaves your skin looking and feeling radiant, fresh and supple.
