Remington R4 Style Series Shaver

Loved the ease of use, didn't take everything off first pass but that was probably due to me having not used an electric shaver like this one in a while. Absolutely loved to 3day growth attachment, I've never really been one for being clean shaven and this provided a really even look.

This is a good looking shaver, solidly built with good weight. The shell is a mix of matt and shiny plastic, rubber grips and blue accents which give a premium and durable look and feel. It has an ergonomic design which you can feel as soon as you hold it in your hand. I get excellent control and I can shave with precision and confidence. The flexible shaving heads, pop-up beard trimmer, stubble shaver and excellent battery life fit all my needs. I recommend shaving in the shower with shaving gel or foam. This eliminates skin irritation and makes shaving with the R4 very fast. The only feature missing is a safety lock for travelling. I would also have liked to see a matching carry pouch to continue the premium look and feel of the shaver. Overall, I highly recommend this shaver.

I like this product as not only it is so easy to dandle, it really give me clean shave.I have yet to charge the shaver and really interest to find out how long will the battery last.

Because I’m in stage 4 lockdown here at Melbourne, so I’m not required to shave everyday. When I used it first time, I had about six days old beard. It took me go over and over to get a clean shave but by the end my neck began to irritate. So went to shower after that and the neck area was giving me scratching sensation after using water. Now I have previously used both Phillips and Braun brand shaver with better result. After that I only used them with 2 days old beard and the result was relatively better, may be thats way it can be effective. Couple of issues with the product, the pop up trimmer isn’t as effective as my Phillips one. Also the Stubble styler is a good option, it should’ve come with a blade protection cover and carry pouch for travel. Without them the blade could damage and dust could go inside to cause skin infection, as it’s unhygienic. Overall I say it’s an okay product, neither the best quality (even Remington has better quality) nor the worst.

The shaver is a very nice shaver for the price. I love the flip out trimmer you can use to trim your beard down if it's too long for the shaver to cut. Easy to clean and very nice wet and dry functionality. The stubble clip on is OK but it won't work if your beard is too long, something you need to keep in mind. It's more for a maintenance trim if anything.

The Remington R4 Style Series Shaver is a great product. It gives a very smooth shave and the stubble cut fitting i found was i great attachment as it left a very neat even finish. The trimmer was also very handy, The battery was long lasting and the shaver was very easy to clean. I would highly recommend this shaver to anyone.

I haven't used an electric shaver for a long time as I was rarely happy with the result. This product has changed my mind, with a number of options available to provide the shave I need. Tidying up/trimming was easy, as well as the unique attachment to trim the overall length of the beard. The battery life seems strong and overall hold, ease of use it great.

I have been using Remington shaver in the last 10 years and this one is definitely an improvement compared to what I am using at the moment. Love the ergonomic handle and clean shave feeling after use. Have bought another one for my father.

A good shaver, but I found the trimmer blades were a bit too short, making it hard to use comfortably. Its location on the back side of the shaver makes it un-ergonomically usable.

Honestly I used it 3 times on the first time I just tried it on a small part I noticed it not that powerful it took a lot of strokes to remove the hair on just that small part. Second time I used it to to my whole face and it took me too long over 15mins to finish and next day I had scratches as I used the flip out sides cutter. Third time didn't leave as much Mars but still took to long to get all my face properly. Personally I wouldn't recommend.

I really wanted to like this shaver, after being selected i was very excited as i was a fan of it aesthetically and i used to have a cheap phillips rotary that was amazing. Opened it up, looked good, thats about the only positive thing about it though. It works ok wet, but just ok. Does not provide a very close shave, but for someone looking to have light-mild stubble this may work well. The trimmer on the back was not great, kept ripping and tearing hair, felt more like an epilator than a shaver and got caught up and stopped shaving all together easily & frequently. After trimming down (with a shaver i already own because it got far too painful) tried the rotary head. Same pulling/tearing sensation, this shaver really was something else! And when cleaning the blades out if you are not careful about 5 pieces will be all over your bathroom as soon as you open it Tried a few more times over the period and works ok wet on very short hair, but does not provide a close shave.

Great shaver with the added benefit of the stubble option and close cut blade that flicks out.

Good solid performer.. I usually use razor blades, but used the Remington R4, then went over my face again with the razors.. To my surprise the Remington had given myself a very close shave, as the razors only cut over smooth skin.. Was very happy with the result and found the Remington to be much more convenient to use in wet or dry conditions. Great machine that lasts quite along time on it's charge, and in saying that doesn't take to long to charge when dead. Overall I was very happy with the closeness of the shave, and would definitely recommend..

Its a nice shaver. I have a beard that I keep neat and trim along my neck and cheeks. So this doesn't suit my style as much as I thought. It's not precise enough for me. The flip out trimmer is flimsy too. The actual shaver is good though if used daily

While it is a good shaver it does not get all the facial hair for a close shave I still require to use a standard razor to finish the job Also the shaver didn’t have a cleaning brush to help clean out the shavings under the heads
