My favourite cleanser
I switched to this one in dire need of a daytime cleanser & it was the right choice! I have oily/combination skin & this stuff helps diminish pimples within 24 hours. I'm prone to cystic acne, which unfortunately doesn't stop completely, but I have way fewer outbreaks than before. It also helps to throw in a nighttime cleanser.
It’s alright
This product has ups and downs. It doesn’t work really for blemishes, but I also don’t use it daily so that could be why. I enjoy how it is fragrance free and leaves my skin feeling soft as hell.
Great for sensitive skin
I started using this wash because my dermatologist had recommended it to me because i have acne and eczema. It is very gentle on the skin and does not burn or stimg. It has helpped me clear up my with my blemishes
Does the job
It's a great cleanser overall. It doesn't have much of a lather and is more of a gel consistency. The smell isn't great but it leaves a really clean feeling.
Only face wash for 2 years
Two years ago I had a friend suggest this face cleaner to me. It cleared up 90% of my acne and, left my face smooth and soft. I would recommend to anyone wanting to try a new acneproduct. And, it's affordable.
Best face cleanser
I have used this cleanser for over 10 years and I really like it. My doctor initially recommended it for sensitive skin and it seems to work really well. I used to buy a large bottle of this product at a big box store, but they since stopped selling it, so I purchased Cetaphil instead, but I find that Cetaphil leaves a filmy feeling on my skin that I don’t like. So now I have switched back to Spectro and I’m not switching again!
Best Ever Facial Cleanser!
I love Spectro, I been using it for more tha 15 years! I find it really cleanses well. I have used Cetaphyl but I prefer Spectro you can really feel that Spectro cleans much better!

HOLY GRAIL IN A BOTTLE!!!
This facial wash has saved my acne prone skin for years!!!! It is gentle and non-irritating. I have a sensitive and acne-prone skin and this works wonders. I keep repurchasing for years and has been a staple in my skincare routine. Can't live without it!!!
Great and gentle cleanser
This is one of the first cleansers I've ever used. It is dermatologist-recommended and very gentle on the skin. Does not leave your skin feeling dry although you should still always moisturize afterwards. Overall very effective and gentle cleanser. If you are using it to remove makeup however I would recommend using a makeup remover before using the cleanser to ensure you get everything off and the cleanser penetrate your skin deeply as intended.

I’ve gone down a rabbit hole on TT lately looking for product recommendations to clear up my perioral dermatitis which started a few months ago. Ive literally stopped everything in my skincare routine and started fresh. This cleanser was recommended so many time. Many people were having to import this product from Canada but luckily I live here and can get it easily! I e been washing with this 2x a day, it smells a bit funky but I think it’s working! I’ve had less redness and new bumps popping up since I’ve started.
