very good
i tried this for my 16m old kitten as a one off. ive ran out of some of my more expensive cat food and just wanted to get something nearby until i could order the normal food. i was honestly surprised! my cat loved it. very cheap for what you get i definitely recommend. maybe be careful, just make sure your cat has enough water since my cat has a gravy/jelly based regular food i was worried about the pate not helping much with upping her water intake.

Cat food
The Gourmet Gold Melting Heart Meat & Fish delight my cata with the soft and smooth texture of mousse. The bite into the soft and delicate mousse and then discover an unexpected heart of succulent gravy.

Easily eaten by toothless kitties!
Our 17 year old cat has had a few teeth removed so struggles with chewing. These he likes as he can lick them and he particularly seems to enjoy the liquid centre. They're a good size as he doesn't eat a lot in one sitting. They don't smell too strongly and the packaging is easily washed and recycled.

Cats love it
My cats absolutely loved it and they are very fussy pussy cats. It doesn’t even have an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately due to having 3 cats this food has to be given as a treat due to the cost.

Low percentage of meat & fish
The portions are a convenient size for my fussy 15 year old cat, but I would never recommend these. There’s only 4% beef in the 45% meat of the beef food. The percentage of meat and fish is too low for the price.

Doug is a fussy guy.?But he never walks away from his Gourmet bowl . He loves the taste and texture , happy cat, not grumpy cat

Very fussy Felines Favourite.
Bailey rarely eats cat food and if he doesnt like it, he will let you know, but when hes ready for a change i get it in for him and he absolutely adores Gourmet its his absolute favourite..definitely 10 out of 10

Good pet food.
Great, my cat really liked it. The texture is soft and smooth and she especially loved the gravy. It's a novel idea but in reality the 'heart' center ends up at the top in a grey mush rather than encapsulated by the pâté. It's also hard to plate, you can't really just plop it on a plate, my cat just gives it a couple of licks then walks away. So you use a fork and the gravy just kinda dissapears. Overall nice but the gravy 'heart' does dissapoint.

Great treat
My cat doesn’t eat meaty food all the time, so I often buy a few tins every now again and when I do, he absolutely loves it, if he could talk he’d say the trays need to be bigger

My cat loves these
I buy these occasionally for my cat as an extra special treat when they are on offer. She loves them and really takes her time eating them. The only reason I don't buy them regularly is the size and price value. She loves her food and they would be too expensive to get them for her everyday.

I use these tins especially if one of my cats had to have teeth removed ,it very smooth and easy to eat with sore gums,they enjoy the centre very much so

Ive tried these gourmet melting hearts on my 2 fussy cats and the absolutely loved them especially when they got to the middle with the sauce tride with all flavours of these and everyone an hit with them meat & fish
