This Wella cus abd waves mousse is noce to use. I didn't mind the scent and feel in my hair. Was abit tacky on my hands whilst applying.

Crisp hard curls
I am naturally curly and my curls to fall soft, I often use mousse to freshen my curls and remove some of the frizz, with this shock waves I find it does help tame the frizz however it makes my curls hard and crispnlike with a wet look, this is ok if its how you like your curls but it's not how I like mine.

Waves and cuts foam
Not the best for my tough hair.
It does support waves but it’s not long lasting. I would need to use a lot as my hair are not susceptible for curls, but it makes them look unnatural and stiff. Not good for my hair.
The only hair mousse I use. I have naturally curly hair and it’s the only hair product I found to calm the frizz, I love it.
I apply to wet hair then diffuse till dry. I don’t brush my hair from one day to the next. It’s the product I cannot live without x

Highly over rated
Not for me easy yo use very sticky on hands hair feels weighed down had to wash out n go back to my normal mouse
My hair did not suit this type of mousse, it left me with a dry crispy feeling, it may be suited to someone with a different hair type. My hair is quite dry, so maybe i need to up the moisture and then re try this product.
I tried wella shockwaves mousse a few times over the years as I have curly hair and it used to be one of my go to mousses when i left my hair down naturally. However, last few times I used it my scalp got sore and irritable. I'm not sure if they changed the product ingredients but I stopped using it because of this reason.
I’ve used this a few times on my curly hair, it works well for a firm hold & the curls do last longer then if I didn’t use it. I’d say the feel of the mouse is quite sticky on my hands but in the hair it gives a smooth & non sticky grip.
i absolutely love it !! defo a game changer and i probably will continue using it from this point forwards . defo recommend to anyone looking for something similar
I have been a loyal user of Wella Shockwaves styling mousse for years now, and I can confidently say that it is my go-to product for styling my naturally curly hair. What initially drew me to this mousse is its affordability; it offers incredible value for its price.
One of the standout features of this product is its excellent hold. It keeps my curls in place all day long, even in humid weather conditions. The mousse is incredibly lightweight and does not weigh my hair down, which is a huge plus as I like my curls to have bounce and movement.
Moreover, the scent of this mousse is delightful. It has a nice, refreshing fragrance that leaves my hair smelling great all day. Another huge advantage of this product is that it is neither sticky nor flaky. It effortlessly glides onto my hair, providing a natural, touchable feel without any residue.
I genuinely hope that Wella never changes the formula of this mousse as it has been my trusted companion for years.

Nice Scent
I've tried many hair creams to help with my textured hair, and this one was quite good. It has a nice floral scent to it, which isn't too over powering and it does help to show your natural waves/curls. I'd give it an 8/10.
