It's by no means Viagra. However, I found it made my mood better. And, I found that erections were occurring with no enticement. Glad I got to test this product. I am on medications that seem to have slowed me down. After taking Ageless Male I had more energy right away. I was able to do more without feeling tired. Also got a boost in my libido. My erection seemed to be a little longer but definitely thicker. The nitric oxide helped provide more blood flow making me thicker harder and able to last longer. I could also see the veins in my penis standing out farther. Recovery was faster so we could go again....haven't done that in a while
