I use Nature’s Bounty Triple Strength Natural Cranberry Softgels daily. Its a great effective, affordable and trusted natural supplement. The soft gels are easy to swallow and digest. Its great for urinary health. I feel it effectively helps improve symptoms associated with a UTI but also taken regularly can help prevent them as well.

I have taken these natural cranberry soft gels after dealing with UTIs and I think they have helped prevent future infections. I add these to my daily supplements every once in a while for a boost. I will continue to use these!

Great for UTIs
For uti symptoms I found this extremely helpful and effective . I used to get them often from my birth control weird enough and I lived by these!

If you're looking for a powerful, fast-acting way to prevent (or reduce symptoms of) a UTI, this is the product to use. In the past, I've used grocery store cranberry capsules, and they worked well. I've also had success with unsweetened cranberry juice from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc. However, this product really IS "triple strength." With just one capsule, I experience same-day relief. There's no "burp-back" from these capsules, and no digestive distress. I'll never go back to grocery store solutions to UTI symptoms. This product works great. I'm very impressed!

No more having to get the old snake out the pipes...things flow real good.product says to drink a lot if water or fluids that hydrate as well , so I did and everything came out just fine....
