Very helpful
This was very helpful for my bloating. It was fast relief and I could tell it was working. I would recommend this if you have any slight swelling or bloating. Lost some weight using it too

Great, over the counter remedy
Glad to have something over the counter to treat my bloating. I often resort to anti-acids which don’t always work for my bloating. This feels like a safe way to rid my body of excess water in a safe way. I like that the pills aren’t too large, as well.

I am not the one to take pills for things that can be controlled with daily activities. That said, these are caffeine free and gentle for days you really need a bloat relief. So if you don't mind reaching for pills to help with bloating, this is for you!

Works Well!
This is a great product to use when you're on you're menstrual cycle. It's helps keep the bloat down! I don't use this often only during "that time of the month" and it works well ! I'd definitely recommend to anyone who has occasional bloating or maybe has an event coming up and wanna get just a couple pounds down.

Didn't work for me
I am probably that less than 10% that this product didn't work for. I do bloat and I do drink a lot of water but I also sweat a lot. I had this product for 2 weeks and wanted to give it a fair shot rather than rush through this. I used it as the product said. I also work out 3-4 times a week and eat fairly well. I did a before weight and then an ending weight. I didn't shed that much in water weight or weight at all. I am not a binge eater or much of a snack or junk eater. Heck I don't even drink much of alcohol. I don't feel I can recommend this product but then again, it could work for others just not me but then again, it could be because I am peri-menopausal. so I didn't see that on the product that if you are going through peri-menopause that this a may not give you the results of water relief from bloating.

Lifesaver
Every month I get my period is so uncomfortable to wear jeans since my body tends to retain a lot of liquids which makes me feel bloated and uncomfortable for a week. I found these pills and they have been a lifesaver in that week of the month. I've felt comfortable wearing my jeans and the bloating definitely decreased. It did seem to help with bloating a little bit during my period not much with water retention as I didn't seem to urinate any more than I would from some extra coffee. Don't think I'll use it again.
