An amazing dietary supplement ,it works great and fast . I noticed in just a few hours my gut was feeling better and I experienced a bowl movement and I feel less sluggish , more energetic just after . My stomach doesn't fell heavy anymore ,I am amazed . First time trying post biotic
I’ve heard and tried pre, pro and now I get to try post biotic! All 3 in 1… I like taking this supplement as I’ve notice my bloating has reduced and I’ve been going to the bathroom more regular now. I like the clean ingredients in it! Best of all is that I don’t have to worry about it being refrigerated and this is great since I’ll be traveling overseas and can take this along with me without having to worry about the quality deteriorating! And my whole family can take it. 1 capsule a day which is great!

Three pills in one
I typically take a probiotic and a cranberry supplement, so this is super convenient to have those benefits as well as a prebiotic in one pill. They are easy to swallow, but haven't noticed a huge change for the better with my stomach health.

I don't see any improvements
I don't see any improvements but rather kept me farting all day. I just hate when it made me fart. Well it's normal to fart in a regular basis but farming all the time? I don't think it's notmal.
