High Melatonin content
I was a bit nervous to try this product because of the 5mg of Melatonin. However, I did try a half gummy and found out that that amount was enough for a great nights rest.

Great Product
They taste great and they do help you fall asleep better. I love that it's got The beauty stuff in it. I just don't like taking anything to go to sleep because I don't have any trouble in that department. I'd give it five stars if it wasn't for sleep and was for daytime. But if you do have trouble falling asleep these are for you. Works very very well.

Glow sleep habit
I found that as long as I was laying down and relaxing that the glow habit sleep well habit allowed me to easily drift off to sleep and stay there. Which I've tried many and usually I'll wake up throughout the night and restless. So not the case here.

My new miracle!
My daughter has long suffered from insomnia. I have had great difficulty getting her to take her melatonin. She took the gummies without any problems and wanted to take them! I have already ordered more from Walmart, I just wish I was able to order a bigger count bottle. Works wonderfully!

placebo or nah?
I noticed a real change i think. my hair used to grow so fast but the last 4 years i have noticed it has really not grown very well. Since i started this it seems to be starting to be a bit stronger. also i have noticed my sleep being more effective and feeling refreshed rather than totally drained and sluggish for hours every morning. i dont think its placebo effect lol i need a bit more time to really say I KNOW this is working and yes you need to try it today

Sleep Gummies That Actually Work
I was chosen to receive this product in an exchange for an honest review. I absolutely loved this product! I took the recommended dose for adults (2 gummies) and within 30 mins I was fast asleep. Woke up feeling refreshed!
I am normally exhausted every day but when it comes time to go to sleep, I just lay there. After taking this it was easier to fall asleep and when I woke up I felt more refreshed. I didn't have that groggy, exhausted feeling still lingering. The blueberry flavor was great and was like a true gummy - not grainy or chalky like some gummy vitamins can be. The serving size is two gummies which is for 5mg of melatonin - some days I only took one and still noticed a difference.

Yummy gummy to help relax
