Finally able to stay asleep!
I have no issues with falling asleep but I wake up after 2 or 3 hours & then I'm wide awake. Most sleep aids are taken to fall asleep but Midnight Melatonin Time Release can be taken before bed or when I cannot fall back to sleep in the middle of the night & I really appreciate that. I've been taking this product for about a week & I'm very pleased with it's effectiveness. I've taken other melatonin sleep aides in the past but Midnight Melatonin works so much more effectively. I'm able to take one in the middle of the night, if I'm unable to fall back to sleep, & within 20 minutes I'm out like a light! Since I started taking Midnight Melatonin I've been able to get a good 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night. I wake up feeling refreshed & well rested, without any grogginess whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Good Night's Rest

Good nights sleep
I had just recently started taking melatonin to get a better nights rest so I was happy to try the MidNite to see how they worked. My review is based on 5 consecutive nights. I did feel I was able to fall asleep much quicker taking these. One thing I did noticed that was strange is the that I had extremely weird dreams those nights. Either a side effect or I was sleeping that well - I’m not sure. I took my other pills 2 nights after and didn’t have weird dream sooo…. But overall I was very happy.

Time released melatonin
I suffer from insomnia and sleep issues frequently. Sometimes I take a sleep aid or melatonin. The usual problem with melatonin is after a few hours I'm awake again. No more! It really is time released, if I do wake up in the middle of the night now I can go back to sleep. The issue I had with this was because it's time released it doesn't make me as sleepy initially as regular melatonin. It took a couple of days to get the dosage right so I can fall asleep and stay asleep, but when I did, I slept great! One didn't really do it for me but 2, I slept like a rock. Would definitely recommend to people who like melatonin but find themselves awake a few hours later. I also noticed that when I take melatonin, sometimes I have crazy bad dreams, no bad dreams with this brand.

Great Sleep Aid
I struggle falling asleep and staying asleep most nights. I have tried several sleeping pills both prescribed and over the counter and I don't like how they make me feel. I either get a racing heart or I wake in the morning feeling groggy but I am very happy to say that I didn't not experience any problems while taking MidNite Sleep Health supplements. Works like a charm
I had always been skeptical of melantonin products when I heard others talk about it. But I had noticed lately that falling asleep and being able to wind down had become more difficult so I figured I’d try it out. Boy, was I in for a surprise! Not only was I more calm but I fell asleep faster, too. Just take a few hours before bedtime for the full effect and it consists of natural herbs so nothing harmful in taking it. Excellent product!
