Light and hydrating

The Hydro Boost Glow Primer+Serum works well alone and under makeup. It is easy to dispense and comes with a dropper. A few drops went a long way to leave my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It is unscented and very light product that dries quickly and doesn't leave my skin feeling oily. The hydrating effect didn't last as long as I hoped.

Helps with dry, raw winter skin

During the winter my skin gets raw and dry. This serum helped my skin retain its moisture while looking great and feeling smooth.

It makes my skin GLOW from within

I searched for a primer that was super hydrating and gave me a radiant look under my make up for a long time. I've finally found it! NEUTROGENA Hydro Boost Glow Primer + Serum is the most amazing primer I've ever used. If you apply this underneath foundation it gives you such a natural look which I love. It is really smooth on the face, it smells nice and keeps a barrier between my face and the make up. A little goes a long way and it will last you quite a long time! Sometimes when I don’t want to put on makeup, I just put this and a setting powder on. Love it!

Primer and Serum

This primer and serum worked well. I feel like as soon as I put it on my face, my skin looked brighter and healthier. After layering my makeup on to this primer, I think my makeup looked smoother. I think this is a really good product, and my daughter was also thrilled to add this to her makeup collection.

Leaves my skin looking great!

I’ve been using NEUTROGENA Hydro Boost Glow Primer + Serum for a few weeks now on my face prior to applying makeup. I love the way my skin looks, not a flaky appearance very natural and smooth. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t leave my skin looking greasy. Will definitely continue using.

Too sticky

This made my face feel really sticky. It felt like I should wash it off. After applying the serum did not absorb well into my skin.

Not sure about glowing...

I'm not sure it made me glow but it definitely helped with moisture, but I still needed a separate makeup primer

Great hydration for all skin types

I think NEUTROGENA® Hydro Boost Glow Primer + Serum is great at providing slight hydration to the skin. It didn’t make my skin glowy enough for my tastes, but it combines with other primers well.
