Recovery NOW

Packaging and presentation are eye catching and informative. Big plus in my book. I did not see any vast effects by using the product, but it may be because my workouts aren't intense enough at this time to see better recovery results. Ingredients are tested and proven though.

Great supplement

Overall, I am pleased with this product. I saw noticeable pumps and vascularity pithing a few days of using this product. While the jury is still out, I will continue to use this product in an attempt to achieve desired results.

Great for building muscle.

These are Tasteless and easy to swallow. I can definitely tell a difference in my Work out when i take these. They help with circulation and blood flow and help build fat in to muscle. Definitely recommend these.

Worth it

I have noticed when I take these i have less cramps after my workout it give me energy and a nice pump without all the annoying side effects that preworkouts give you.

Awesome supplements!

NOW Sports Arginine & Citrulline Veg Capsules are not only easy to take but has the needed nutritional supplements for my well-being. I feel more energized and better overall. I love that there are no artificial flavors and colors.

Energy and Strength

Since taking the Arginine and Citrulline I've noticed improvements in my workouts without needing to take a pre-workout. I also really like that I do not get the tingleness that I get from pre-workouts. Great product

Must buy!

I started out taking Arginine alone, but found that Citruline helps the body process the Arginine even more efficiently, so I now take this product, 2 caps once per day on an empty stomach. I started taking Arginine for its circulatory benefits, but came to find Arginine also helps with my arthritis in my knees and I no longer have to take naproxen (Aleve). I love this product!!

Great workout supplements.

While I may have been initially skeptical towards supplements that touts the benefits of amino acids, I highly enjoyed using NOW Sports Arginine and Citrulline capsules. When using them as a pre-workout supplement, I found that I have better endurance on the days after taking the capsules. I think the extra endurance that I experienced is due to intaking extra amino acids.

Great Capsules!

These are great supplements! I feel like they did help give a little extra energy when working out, as long as you take them routinely. The capsules were bigger than I was used to however so I had trouble taking them at first. Overall, they are a good products and are well below the maximum amount recommended for each ingredient so I felt safe taking them.

Amino Acid Supplements

Large capsules that are fairly easy to swallow. If you are looking for these specific amino acids for supplementation they're a good choice but whether they have their reported effects has yet to be seen. My view may change as I use these more regularly however I have experienced no discernible difference

Seems to work

When using this product before workouts and during the day I definitely feel more energized. I like these improve blood flow to my muscles which has reduced any muscle cramps and I do not seem to get as tired. Overall I would say these capsules work and would recommend giving them a try before your next workout!
