Easy to mix, has a slight after taste but not bad. It works great and helps me sleep through the night when I have a cold; soothes the throat, clears the nose and calms your cough. I feel better in the morning having slept without waking. Will use every time i get a cold

This is a product that will offer you not instant relief but fast relief for your cold and sinus issues. I find the product great if you can get past the strong lemon flavor and is a reason some people do not like it. It is a quicker working replacement for the pills you can buy for the same issue.
