Beneficial, antioxidant and immunity
I notice, when I took this for 15 days, my milk supply (breastfeeding a 2 yr old son) increased. I dont know maybe because there's malunggay in it. But it helps a lot.

What I observe when I take the vitamins is that I easily get sleepy. I think it's fine since I'm really having a hard time getting to bed early, however, I don't want to take this when I have to go to the office. Overall is just good.

I can't say if my immunity or energy increases as i am also taking it together with my daily dose of vitamins. But I can say that no bad side effects manifested while taking WellGreens.
