Overall a very good steam generator iron. Pros: It's simple to use and doesn't have too many settings, so you can can go faster and easier through the pile. Heats up fast, it's powerful and remove creases easily. The generator is bulky, but the iron itself is very light weight and doesn't strain your wrist. Cons The generator is bulky and can be inconvenient if you don't have space.

It really looks the part. Although can be a little off putting for technophobes. I know what your thinking, its only an iron. The instructions are pretty simple, in diagram mode There are very good, useful features. The claims made are true, you can easily glide between different fabrics. A big selling point for me was that you can use the boost setting on garments which are hanging up, like a hand held steamer. So after all these positives, why undecided I hear you ask. Well I think the whole set up may be a bit big and bulky for me. You can click the Iron in place and use the handle to carry, but wow it's heavy even before adding water. Storage is more of an issue than with a standard iron. So that's my pro's and con's, but I have to add that it really is a great product. Perhaps it just does suit me.

My old Bosh iron gave up the ghost and I have searching for a steam generator iron to use as I have a large family. I really don’t have time to be standing at the iron board for hours and boy this Tefal iron does not disappoint! My ironing time has been cut in half! The amount of steam this iron generated is insane! Make sure you keep your window open! I am left with crease free clothes and more time to spend with the kids! Buy one!

I was extremely impressed with this iron. Ironing is a chore that I don't particularly enjoy but this iron has made it such a joy to do that I now love ironing! Easy to use, impressive results, would highly recommend that everybody bought one of these!

I received this iron just before Christmas and have been using it most days since. Firstly, it does seem unusual that there are not different temperature settings. However this was definitely not a problem and worked beautifully on all fabrics from cotton bedding (using the Boost function) to silk shirts. The actual iron is very light and easy to use. It glides across all fabrics and produces an excellent result with little effort. The water tank is a good size and lasts for several hours before needing to be refilled. I live in a area with very hard water so the 'Scale' collector is a very important feature for me - this worked well and the cleaning process was straightforward. As for storage, when not in use the power cable has a velcro tie which is handy, and the larger cable that generates the steam can be stored away under the body of the machine. All in all I found this to be an excellent iron and my husband believes it's the best he has ever used - praise indeed.

I usually iron once a week what is taking me couple of hours as we are family of four. This iron is definitely a game changer!!! I manage now to do my ironing in less than half time. The iron is very easy to set up and heats up quickly. It is very lightweight and comfortable to use. Iron automatically changes temperature and steam output which is great and saves me a lot time. One of the great features is that you can use it vertically like a steamer and after I try to use it on my creased curtains they looked great. I definitely recommend this iron. Saves you lots of time and all clothes is nice ironed.

The iron is easy to set up, you just fill the container and turn it on, it heats up quickly. It is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, the hose connecting the iron to the base is quite long. The iron is very powerful and it generates a lot of steam, it glides through clothes effortlessly and you can even steam your clothes vertically - on a hanger, this is really great for any last minute ironing when you do not have time to set up your ironing board. The iron does not have many settings to choose from as it is the steam that does the job. I love this iron as it significantly reduced the time I spend ironing. The only disadvantage for me is that it is much larger (and therefore more difficult to store) than my old, ordinary iron but considering the excellent job it does I do not see this as a big problem.

Light and easy to use. Water tank will easily do a whole batch of ironing. Makes light work of over dry laundry and bedding. Copes well with hard water. Would definitely recommend

Great iron, easy to use and gets the creases out. Only thing to bear in mind when purchasing is it is quite bulky so if you only have a small space it may not be suitable

Tefal Pro Express Ultimate II is amazing! It is game changer at home for ironing. Everyone needs to have this at home. The ironing now is one of my favorite think to do at home, because it's become so easy and quick to do. Definetly is the time saver and so easy to iron now. I hated before to iron my husband shirts, but now it just take minute. I would recommended it to everyone who is doing ironing at home

This iron is a cut above the rest. It is extremely fast and effective to use for all ironing jobs. As a busy mum, I want to get through the ironing as quickly and efficiently as possible and this allowed me to do it. The unit is rather bulky and large, but this obviously gives it the power to perform at such a high level. Would highly recommend.

This iron was much more substantial than I had anticipated. It takes up a fair amount of space and is a serious bit of equipment and I would say it is worthy member of the laundry team! The fact that you don’t have to alter settings for different fabrics made me nervous initially, but once you adjust to the idea and just let the ironing flow it is a game changer not having to worry. Receiving this iron over the Christmas period means it has certainly been put through its paces, it has coped with everything from denim to tulle and velvet. I was very excited that you can use it vertically like a steamer which was particularly good for some of the dresses that my daughters received for Christmas. Having such a large chamber to produce constant steam, and such uncomplicated and smooth operation means it really can save you time and make ironing a more pleasurable experience, because you get such great results. It is expensive so probably only justifiable if you do iron regularly.

The GV9710 Pro Express Ultimate II is a smashing piece of kit that gets rid of creases efficiently and quickly. As well as being extremely easy to use, the ability to switch from denim to silk without changing the settings is the clincher for me!

I have to say this is by far the best iron I have ever used.it is easy to use, no messing about trying to find the right temperature, as much steam as you require.and the lightest iron I have ever used.I have had a number of irons I’ve the years and none of them come anywhere near as good as this one. I tried this out on my bedding that usually takes me over half an hour to iron and then It still isn’t crease free, the tefal pro express ultimate helped me to have a professional crease free finish in less than 10 minutes, this has definitely cut my ironing time in half. I am actually looking forward to my next ironing day,

Wow! Never used anything like this before but very impressed. The water tank is very easy to remove and load, once switched on the steam facility was ready in no time, the iron effortlessly glided over and removed all creases, the leads/cables were long enough for comfort, the iron locks onto top of water tank for a safe and easy transportation. Very impressed.
