Krups Evidence Eco-Design

As a coffee lover, I was very excited to try the Krups coffee machine using real coffee beans and not coffee pods! The machine is compact and fits easily on the counter top without taking up too much space. It was easy to setup, instructions were clear. The water is easy to put in. The machine has various settings and you can alter the strength, size and type of coffee. The coffee beans grind from the top and used coffee is dispensed in a drawer to easily clean. Latte is definitely my favourite but I have become even more adventurous with types and strengths of coffee now. If I could pick up on anything it would be the coffee (ones using milk) are not overly hot, I got around this by warming the cup or mug beforehand. The other thing would be it would be nice to have a Digital display to show what you had chosen and the stage in coffee making. Would I recommend? Most definitely, it is a must for a true coffee lover and it makes your house smell amazing!!

Absolutely love this coffee machine and the amount of amazing settings! I particularly enjoy how it heats the milk so quickly. It's so easy to set up and such a fantastic addition to my kitchen.

I use this every single day numerous times. It has become a staple machine in our household. It fits wells on our worktop as it’s not too big. It’s super easy to use with the one touch buttons at the front which light up when you’ve selected them so you can clearly see which option you have. The adjustable bean grind is also fantastic because you can adjust the strength of the coffee dependent on your own taste and the makeup of the bean. To add milk for a latte example is super easy! Simply pop in the tube connector and put the other end in the milk carton and it does it all for you. To clean is also easy simply unplug the milk tube and runs water through it! The only thing I’d change would be the way that just hot water is dispensed. It seems to all spit out and can splatter but when it’s in coffee mode it comes out smoothly with no issues. This is my favourite ever coffee machine and that fact it’s eco conscious as well is a super bonus. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for a bean to coffee machine for a long time, I didn’t want to go with the trend of buying capsule coffee maker because it would limit my freedom with what I drink. Unfortunately there is not much bean to coffee machines on the market but Krups exceeded my expectations, the coffee comes out fantastic, there is lots of options with not only how I grind the beans but with the strength of coffee and it’s length. The machine also froths the milk and it’s super easy to use. Now I have cafe standard coffee maker at home and it doesn’t even take a lot of space. Very happy with it and the coffee comes out perfect, can’t wait to try more bean roasts.

Great machine, just a bit loud. Do what it should. I always drink cappuccino and this is perfect. XL and L and M sizes at the touch of a button, easy to clean. Easy to refill Very nice design

Wow! This was my first bean to cup machine with all the bells and whistles and I am simply over the moon with it. There are an incredible amount of pre saved settings available and the cappuccino had more froth than Santa's beard! Love that this machine is made from predominantly recycled materials, well done Krups, I am one happy customer!

Smaller than expected, in a good way. It fit perfectly on my worktop counter. Shame for the lack of colour choices as all my other small kitchen appliances are red. The coffee quality is excellent I must admit. Tried couple different types of coffee beans. The cream on top of the espresso is good, not too much, not too little. It consumes a bit too much water for my liking for the cleaning cycles, however I understand the logic behind it. Clean coffee machine makes better coffee and also reduces the need for the consumer to have to open it and manually clean it. Latte macchiato, cappuccino, ristretto... all good, can't say anything negative. I love the fact that even if the water finishes, once you refill it, the coffe making cycle takes from where it stopped instead of starting all over again. Overall opinion, a really good coffee machine and I'm not going back to my old one.

This is a brilliant product!! The machine is easy to install straight out of the box and takes a matter of minutes to set up. It has a number of settings for various types of coffees and even has an attachment that allows you insert a nozzle into a mill container for frothy milk. Cleaning process is simple and easy taking minimal time and effort

This machine looks sleek and the textured surface makes it feel and look expensive. Minimum info for setup and use but using it is intuitive and quickly becomes a breeze. Having previously had an expensive, complicated bean to cup machine and given up, we were apprehensive but this makes all our favs Lattes, Cappuccinos and regular coffee to a coffee shop standard at a push of a button. Coffee only drinks take 2minutes with frothy milky drinks in about 3minutes. The machine uses a hose to draw up the milk from a vessel that needs placing to the side, not provided, but a kilner jar works well. The milk is then heated and mixes with freshly ground beans and arrives frothy in your cup. The slight downside is milky drinks are not as warm as they could be. Plus there is no way to only heat milk, so no hot chocolate. That said this machine is easy to use, provides coffee shop drinks and cleans itself at the push of a button. A deep clean only needed apx 3 times a year…almost perfect.

Its very easy to use, just with a touch of button. We like it so much that we are using it everyday and have replaced other methods of drinking coffee.

I was so excited to test this product, I have been searching for a Bean to cup coffee machine for sometime. The product itself is fairly big and takes up a lot of counter space (I have a big kitchen, but you do need to allow space either side to take out the water tank And empty the used coffee tray) I think it is great that recycled material is used to make it, but the overall finish does make the item look a little cheap in comparison to other coffee machines in the same bracket. My main issue with the machine was the sizing of beverages. The XL Americano only fills half a mug, many of the other options are even smaller. My mugs aren’t huge so this was disappointing and I would end up having 2 cups of coffee rather than my usual one. I wish there was a flat white option as I don’t like overly milky coffees, and if you want to add cold milk to an Americano (my drink of choice), it ends up making it very lukewarm compared to if making instant coffee.

makes quick and easy, fresh bean to cup coffee. Found it easy to adjust strength. Easy to clean and easy to troubleshoot although the lights come up a lot, it's quick to fix the issues and keeps the machine clean. Yet however to descale or 'big' clean. Great to know its been made using mostly recycled plastics and fits compactly in my kitchen. Has a large water tank and secure bean storage to keep fresh I wish there were more milk options / need a flat white option! I'm not into lattes as I find them too milky, so I'm choosing a cappuccino every time. I'd like a milk only option so milk can be done separately, so I can make other hot drinks like hot chocolates, without having to have a coffee. Also found the milk could be hotter. The constant error messages were frustrating to figure out to start with - but were all to let me know to empty the coffee grounds, flush through milk system... so not actually problems with the machine. Would recommend the machine.
