Quiet but that’s sll
This kettle makes a lot less nice that other brands of kettles but I feel like it doesn’t heat the water to its maximum heat capacity. I have gone through a few kettles and I can almost drink my tea straight away once poured into a cup

Great kettle fantastic quality
Yes, this kettle did produce a strange odour initially and gave the boiled water an unpleasant taste but this quickly dissipated. It's an attractive design, boils quickly, is much quieter than our old Russell Hobbs kettle which it replaces and pours nicely. Update: After 6 months use the top of the painted body of the kettle has been chipped by the sharp edge of the detachable lid. The chips have started to rust which looks very unsightly. Not a good design, especially for a kettle being sold at this price. It’s a great shame as otherwise I’m pleased with the kettle.

Being picky
Being really picky, I find the placement of the lid really annoying because when you go to pull it off and the kettle is hot, you can easily burn your fingers

Very stylish and quiet.
I was much impressed by this kettle when first time I used it. It is not only a very good looking appliance but it is quiet that I barely notice I boil the water. I had to double icheck if it is on. It boils the water very fast too. I would.highly recommend it to anyone.
