Tefal Pure Gliss FV8062G0

Tefal Pure Gliss FV8062G0 is a very good iron. It does what it says on the tin, really. I particularly like the fact that you can have clothes on a hanger and use the steam function to remove any creases, quickly. i do think, though, that it is a bit on the heavy side (which did not really affect me but it might be a problem for others) I do recommend it, ironing is now Pure Bliss

I’ve never enjoyed ironing and now I know why! I’ve always bought cheap irons that spill water all over clothes. This iron is so smooth and hot, it glides over clothes so easily! The steam setting is so strong eliminates wrinkles quickly. Would recommend

This is absolutely amazing. Straight clothes with just a touch. So quickly and easy.

Loved this iron so much. My partner has to wear shirts daily to work and this product makes them crease free. It’s done with minimal effort and minimal time it has honestly cut my ironing time down massively. I use to dread having to do the shirts but not now I have this iron. I have thrown my old one away and will continue to use this.

I was super happy with this steam iron. It was lightweight to handle, heated up really quickly, dealt with creases easily and left no residue. Would recommend!

This is a good steam iron. It's heavy and does glide really really. It heats up super quick. Gets the creases out very easily due to the easy glide, the weight and the steam. The steam is strong and no residue due to the built-in filter. Cons though are that whilst advertised as being able to also use as a handheld steamer which I was very excited about, it's far too heavy for me to use this way. The toggle for the steam function feels flimsy which worries me that it'll break easily.

I previously used Tefal iron, but this one is makes difference! It smoothly and fast iron even very creased materials, very fast heating so don't need to wait long to start ironing. I think it's much faster now to move the iron on the clothes and filter inside definitely help with keeping the iron clean and safe to use.

Good quality iron, efficient with very powerful steam making ironing of creases easy and much more faster to complete your ironing.It is quite light and good length cord. One of my favourite features is removable calc collector ( easy plug turn and pull) for me as my old iron often left white calc stains and I had to re wash clothes again. So powerful steam and calc collector are definitely the best sellers for me!!

The Tefal Pure Gliss FV8062G0 has an attractive ergonomic design which is very pleasing to the eye and hand. It is easy to fill with water, the tinted glass of the water compartment making it easy to note the max fill level. The water stopper was firm and I've had no issue with it coming unstopperd as with some previous irons I've had. Over the last two weeks the Tefal Pure Gliss has glided through a mountain of shirts, trousers, blazers, bedding and Tshirts efficiently smoothing the toughest creases usually on the first pass. I have also used the vertical steam function to great effect on a few garments needed quickly. Overall I have no complaints and would definitely recommend.

Had never previously heard of Tefal doing irons so I was sceptical....how how wrong I was ! Iron was lighter than my existing one but genuinely twice as effective, particularly on thick cotton items. It seems to glide across the fabric and gets into the awkward corners that usually need me to reposition the clothing on the ironing board but no more with this iron - it gets straight into all areas, doesn't spit out water, or it smooths out badly creased areas in 1 go. Was gentle on silk / low heat items and super tough on cotton / jeans. The gliding motion is really impressive and so you don't get an aching arm after working your way through a large ironing mountain. I topped it up with water as much as my regular iron. The fact that it was lighter but much more effective than my other household brand name iron has definitely persuaded me to switch to the Tefal brand. It saves you a LOT of time and gives a far better end result !

I’m not someone who generally enjoys doing the never ending mountain of ironing but this new iron has certainly made the activity more pleasurable. It’s light and easy to use - no aching wrist/ arm! It glides super easily over all different fabric types and the shape makes it great at getting between buttons!

Really made up with it, the steam function is brilliant it penetrates right through my thick jeans and has a good spread on it. I’ve been using it upright aswell to steam my cloths while they are hung on the rail. It has a nice glide feel to it when running over the material and a decent weight for pressing.

Absolutely fantastic. A joy to do the ironing. Its so effortless the steam is so strong.

Great Iron that has only one floor that I could find. Cable length - its far far to short, and probably a meter shorter than my previous Iron. But apart from that, it glides really well and goes through a stack of ironing without needing to refill the steam reservoir. The handy filter should take care of the annoying bits of lime scale that build up.
