The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% +B5

I love The Ordinary. I love that they're no nonsense, affordable and based on science. The Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 is one of the highlights and leaves my skin feeling plump, soft and hydrated without adding oiliness.

I've used the original version and found it so sticky - a sensory nightmare. It would be a 1-2 star review. When the new reformulated version was brought out earlier this year and it specifically said it wasn't as sticky anymore, I straight away went to try it in Boots. It's so much better that I bought the 60ml bottle there and then! It sinks in so much faster and the stickiness is pretty much gone. It also doesn't seem to pill when I use my other skincare on top, which used to happen with the old formula. This new version also has more forms of hyaluronic acid in it, as well as ceramides now. I feel it plumps my skin as well as hydrating it and a little seems to go a long way. I've been using it for two weeks and I already feel a difference. Look for the bottle that says it has ceramides on the label to make sure you're getting the new formula! If you still find the new formula still too tacky for your liking, try the Marine Hyaluronics instead which is a very watery formula.

Great serum, hydrates skin very well

I notice the difference when I use these drops. Keeps my skin feeling plump and fresh. An easy step to my skincare routine that provides great results. Does not break me out either

This is such an easy beginner skin product for anyone with dry skin, used it everyday along with the ordinary moisturiser and cleanser and I do believe this helped to completely hydrate my skin. Went from having flaky patches to it all being nice and smooth

Every morning and evening I apply this to my damp face and it makes my face feel so soft and plump! It has helped with adding moisture to my skin without the drying out side effects that many brands can cause. Also super cheap! A little goes a long way.

this product is honestly so good. I only apply it every time i come out of the shower, every time i have a full face of makeup and wash it off and then apply it. It’s honestly so good. I’ve even so much improvement since i’ve used it. I used to have little tiny bumps on my forehead and my cheeks and after i’ve used it, it slowly disappeared.

I use this serum alongside a few other products from the ordinary and feel like it’s working well, my skin feels way more hydrated and I feel like it’s also helped to improve the texture I had before.

A great serum which hydrates my skin and leaves it looking plump. I love how youthful I look when I apply it in the mornings and on top it’s extremely cheap! My only complaint about this product is it has a bit of a sticky feel (as do most Ordinary products in my opinion!) so if you don’t mind this then I would highly recommend this serum.

i like the formula and that you can layer it with other products, price point is also amazing but i have not seen any results or improvements after using this at all.
